This piece of research focuses primarily on which are the main types of sustainability initiatives within the electric utility sector with direct attention on five companies being Eletrobras, Rheinisch-Westfälisches Elektrizitätswerk AG, Fortum, Copel and Edison. Additionally this research looks at the primary stakeholders who are both the drivers and recipients of these specific set of sustainability initiatives. In order to obtain results to these questions, I examined the sustainability reports of the five aforementioned companies for years 2008 and 2014 from the GOLDEN Project database. Tässä tutkimuksessa tarkasteltiin kollektiivista luovuutta hajautuneessa tiimissä yksilöllisten, ryhmään sekä sidosryhmiin liittyvien tekijöiden kautta. Tavoitteena oli lisätä ymmärrystä siitä, miten edellä mainitut tekijät ilmentävät kollektiivista luovuutta hajautuneessa tiimissä. La presente tesis utiliza las vacunas antitumorales basadas en células modificadas genéticamente como principal estrategia para intentar lograr una respuesta inmune antitumoral eficaz. La vacunación preventiva con células tumorales modificadas genéticamente ha logrado muy buenos resultados en ratones consiguiendo la inhibición del crecimiento tumoral y la supervivencia final de los mismos. Sin embargo, en la clínica la disponibilidad de ciertas células tumorales es muy baja y su transfección es poco reproducible.
