At the center, a small GMRF (Guided Mode Resonance Filter) or GC (Grating Coupler) coupled radiated & guided mode, then, DBR (Distributed Bragg Reflector) at each side localise mode inside a horizontal Fabry-Pérot cavity. Two PS (Phase sections) are use to fine tune the Fabry-Pérot modes with the grating coupler.

Abstract Context We previously presented evidence that TSH receptor (TSHR)-stimulating autoantibodies (TSAbs) bind to and activate TSHRs but do not bind to IGF1 receptors (IGF1Rs). Ikääntymisen myötä luustolihaksen rakenteessa ja toiminnassa tapahtuu monia muutoksia, jotka vaikuttavat lihaksen massaan ja suorituskykyyn heikentävästi. Lihassolujen määrä ja koko vähenee sekä rasva- ja sidekudoksen määrä lihaksessa kasvaa. Näihin muutoksiin vaikuttavat mm. hormonaaliset tekijät, mutta taustalla olevia tarkkoja mekanismeja ei vielä tunneta. MiRNAs are fine-tuning modifiers of skeletal muscle regulation, but knowledge of their hormonal control is lacking. We used a co-twin case–control study design, that is, monozygotic postmenopausal twin pairs discordant for estrogen-based hormone replacement therapy (HRT) to explore estrogen-dependent skeletal muscle regulation via miRNAs. The purpose was (a) to study the effect of an 8-week Finnish military basic training period (BT) on physical fitness, body composition, mood state, and serum biochemical parameters among new conscripts; (b) to determine the incidence of overreaching (OR); and (c) to evaluate whether initial levels or training responses differ between OR and noOR subjects. Fifty-seven males (19.7 ± 0.3 years) were evaluated before and during BT.
