This article achieves a comparative analysis between the Citizenship and Integration Programme (2007-2010) and the spanish Migration Bill Project. Firstly, it aims to analyze whether the concept of integration, as it was introduced as a general principle within the Migration Bill, is consistent with the concept of the Programme. Secondly, it is about to examine how the notion of integration affects some of the provisions, which are introduced by the law reform, especially on fundamental rights. Finally, this leads to assess the implications and strains between migration control policies and integration policies about migrants’.

El trabajo analiza las modificaciones que la Ley de Jurisdicción contencioso-administrativa ha recibido como consecuencia de la Ley Orgánica 3/2007, de 22 de marzo, para la Igualdad Efectiva de Mujeres y Hombres. Principalmente, lo relativo a la carga de la prueba en los procesos en que concurran actuaciones discriminatorias por razón de sexo y la exigencia de prueba indiciaria en el orden jurisdiccional laboral, civil y contencioso-administrativo, haciendo especial hincapié en los procedimientos administrativos sancionadores.

Since the OECD launched the Program for International Student Assessment (PISA) in 2000, education measurements have mainly been concerned with recording and issuing results in terms of school success or failure based on items aimed at measuring academic achievement.
