An insecure attachment history puts foster children at risk for many kinds of difficulties, which may include psychopathology. Nurture and Play (NaP) for foster families–intervention for children aged one to five years of age aims to help the new attachment relationship between foster parents and their young children develop in a secure direction. There is consensus in health studies that regular physical activities of sufficient intensity and duration contribute to better health both in the short and long term. In an ongoing research program, we focus on getting the young elderly, the 60-75 years age group, to adopt and include physical activities as part of their daily routines. One reason for addressing young elderly is large numbers – in Finland health care costs for the elderly was 3.7 B€ in 2019 and will increase dramatically if the young elderly group is in bad shape when they reach the 75+ age group. Nodokļu politika vienmēr ir raisījusi diskusijas gan ekonomistu, gan politiķu, gan valsts vadītāju starpā, jo tā ir jāpiemēro katrai valstij atsevišķi, nav viena kopēja risinājuma. Šī bakalaura darba mērķis ir izprast nodokļu politikas un sistēmas uzbūvi un pamatus, lai spētu konstruktīvi rast risinājumus Latvijas iedzīvotāju ienākumu nodokļa problēmām nodokļu politikā, kā arī identificētu esošās nepilnības un censtos izprast pagātnē pieļautās kļūdas šajā jomā. High-precision measurement of a low Q value for allowed β−-decay of 131I related to neutrino mass determination

The ground-state-to-ground-state β−-decay 131I (7/2+) → 131Xe (3/2+) Q value was determined with high precision utilizing the double Penning trap mass spectrometer JYFLTRAP at the IGISOL facility. The Q value of this β−-decay was found to be Q = 972.25(19) keV through a cyclotron frequency ratio measurement with a relative precision of 1.6 × 10−9. This was realized using the phase-imaging ion-cyclotron-resonance technique. The new Q value is more than 3 times more precise and 2.3σ higher (1.45 keV) than the value extracted from the Atomic Mass Evaluation 2020.
