Diplomdarba mērķis ir izstrādāt mācību saturu tēmai “Filcēšanas pamati” mājturībā un tehnoloģijās 5.klasē un praktiski pārbaudīt to skolā. Mācību tēmas apguves procesā, autore vēlas paplašināt skolnieču zināšanas par rokdarbu daudzveidību.Kā arī veidot priekšstatu, kā var radīt izstrādājumu, procesu iedalot četros posmos- iedvesmas avots, skice, filcēts penālis, vērtēšana.

Diplomdarba tēma ir “Kompetenču pieeja telpisku tekstila objektu izveidē dizainā un tehnoloģijās 4.klasē”. Šī tēma izvēlēta, lai papildinātu pieejamo mācību līdzekļu klāstu sākumskolas skolotājiem. Lai mācību līdzekļi būtu pieejami elektroniski un veidoti skolēnu kompetences attīstīšanai tekstila tehnikās. Diplomdarbs sastāv no ievada, četrām nodaļām, un desmit pielikumiem. Diplomdarba izstrādes laikā izmantoti deviņpadsmit literatūras avoti. Effect of the lemon essential oils on the safety and sensory quality of salted sardines (Sardina pilchardus Walbaum 1792)

The main aim of this research was to investigate the biopreservative effects of lemon essential oil (EO) micro-emulsions on salted sardines. The experimental design included two experimental trials, SR1 and SR2 carried out with 25 ml of lemon EO micro-emulsion at 0.3 and 1.0% (v/v), respectively, and a control trial performed without EO addition. Chemical analyses on salted sardines inoculated with the EOs clearly showed a substantial persistence of several volatile organic compounds (VOCs) belonging to groups of monoterpene hydrocarbons, oxygenated monoterpenes and sesquiterpene hydrocarbons derived from EOs during the entire period of ripening. Pētījuma mērķis bija noskaidrot sakarību kā augstāki prokrastinācijas kā iezīmes un noguruma rādītāji prognozē gulētiešanas laika novilcināšanu. Dati tika ievākti Rīgas un Ogres novada skolās elektroniski. Tika aptaujāti N=229 skolotāji ar vidējo vecumu M=43,66 (SD=11,57), no kuriem 26 bija vīrieši un 203 sievietes. We compared single-echo T2-weighted fast spin-echo (FSE) magnetic resonance imaging and conventional spin-echo (CSE) T2-weighted imaging in the detection of brain lesions of multiple sclerosis (MS). 16 patients with clinically definite MS underwent brain imaging at 0.5 T with T2-weighted single-echo fast spin-echo (FSE) and conventional spin-echo (CSE) sequences. Image analysis was performed by three of the investigators who worked together to reduce interobserver variability.
