Nurse practice – clinical learning environment and student satisfaction
The purpose of this study was to investigate nursing students’ satisfaction with the clinical learning environment during clinical practice. A questionnaire was distributed to nursing students at a university (N=250) in Norway. Student satisfaction, task orientation, pedagogical atmosphere, supervisory relationship, and the premises of nursing on the ward were measured. Of the 250 students invited, 163 (66 %) completed the survey. Abnormal Nailfold Capillaries in Patients after Hand Transplantation

2020

Background: The development of graft vasculopathy may play a role in the long-term deterioration of hand grafts. The aim of study was to examine the patterns of the nailfold capillaries in hand transplant recipients. Methods: the study was performed on six patients who received hand transplantation. To normalize for the effect of immunosuppression an age- and sex-matched group of 12 patients with active kidney transplant was selected. As an additional control group, 12 healthy volunteers were recruited. Nailfold videocapillaroscopy was performed in all participants. Additionally, serum concentrations of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) were measured. Results: Videocapillaroscopic e…

Laulunopetuksen psyykkisistä vaikutuksista : opetuksen kriittisiä tekijöitä ja terapeuttisia piirteitä

2015

2016

Masteroppgave i idrettsvitenskap - Universitetet i Agder 2016 Studies that have looked at the relationship between training and performance have sown that athletes must practice at lot in order to reach a high level (Côté et al., 2007; Ericsson et al., 1993; Simon & Chase, 1973), and motivation is viewed as an important factor in order to implement the required training. Through satisfaction of the basic needs of autonomy, competence and relatedness, athletes will feel self-determination and intrinsic motivation (Deci & Ryan, 1985). Furthermore, football players who spend more time promoting their own learning is often preferred over players taking less responsibility (Toering et al., 2012)…

The Effects of General and Mobile Online Shopping Skilfulness and Multichannel Self-Efficacy on Consumer Showrooming Behaviour

2022

Although showrooming behaviour is a characteristic aspect of modern omnichannel retailing, our understanding of its antecedents remains limited. In this study, we aim to address this gap in prior research by examining how showrooming behaviour is affected by three different kinds of perceived consumer capabilities: general online shopping skilfulness, mobile online shopping skilfulness, and multichannel self-efficacy. The examination is done by utilising data from 1,024 Finnish consumers, which was collected with an online survey in 2021 and is analysed with structural equation modelling (SEM). In summary, we find mobile online shopping skilfulness to have a strong positive effect on showro…
