Abstract Explicit measures assess introspectively accessible self-descriptions and evaluations. In contrast, implicit measures assess introspectively inaccessible processes that operate outside of awareness. Consequently, implicit measures should be free of response factors such as faking tendencies and social desirability (SD). Usually, correlations between implicit and explicit measures of the same construct tend to be low. Study 1 (N=145) tested the hypothesis that SD should moderate the relationship between an implicit (the Implicit Association Test) and an explicit (a standard questionnaire) anxiety measure. The articles presented in this cluster discuss literary and visual impressions from the premise that literary impressionism and printmaking share the trope of impression as “impress” and as “imprints” in a technical and epistemological sense. Il volume è dedicato al primo tassello della “Riforma Cartabia”. È stata, infatti, appena pubblicata in Gazzetta Ufficiale la legge 27 settembre 2021, n. 134, recante «Delega al Governo per l’efficienza del processo penale nonché in materia di giustizia riparativa e disposizioni per la celere definizione dei procedimenti giudiziari». Il percorso che ha condotto all’approvazione finale della legge non è stato né breve, né semplice; e non è neppure compiuto sino in fondo, poiché solo una parte del nuovo testo normativo assume i caratteri della legge ordinaria formale, mentre una altra sua significativa porzione è nella forma della legge delega.
