Bakalaura darba tēma ir “Biznesa procesu reorganizācija komercbankās”. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir analizēt, kā biznesa procesu reorganizācija tika ieviesta PSB bankā Krievijā, un novērtēt tās ietekmi uz banku un tās klientiem. Darba saturs ir sadalīts trīs daļās. Pirmajā daļā tiek sniegts teorētiskais atspoguļojums ar piedāvātajām biznesa procesu reorganizācijas definīcijām un teorijām (turpmāk - BPR). Darba otrajā daļā ir ietverta vispārīga informācija par PSB Banku Krievijā, un ieviestās BPR analīze. Darba pēdējā daļa ir empīrisks pētījums, kas sniedz kvantitatīvu analīzi par BRP ietekmi, kas ieviesta PSB bankā, Krievijā.

Recognition memory for details of musical phrases (discrimination between targets and similar lures) improves for up to 15 s following the presentation of a target, during continuous listening to the ongoing piece. This is attributable to binding of stimulus features during that time interval. This paper presents an experimental study aimed at testing the real energy performance of a thermo-plaster prototype made of an ordinary mortar boosted by various percentages of spent coffee ground. That is one of the wastes of the brewing process that are usually disposed of in landfill with great concerns for the possible environmental footprint due to its organic nature and possible harmful components. Any modern state is unthinkable without an efficient taxation, without a fiscal field which is perceived as a stimulating factor in the development of the nation. Taking into account that fiscal science has always had a negative perception among taxpayers, through this article we present some aspects of management methods and management techniques that can give essential elements for improving taxation. Using management as art, science and state of mind can strengthen the role that taxation plays in the regulation of economic mechanisms.

The quality of service offered by sports entities has become a good predictor of user satisfaction and also future intentions. To know the future intentions of customers of any service is a key objective to develop service improvement and retention strategies. This need has also become apparent to professional sports clubs. In this study, the relationship between quality, perceived value, emotions, satisfaction and future intentions of spectators are analyzed for a sporting event. Abstract The lotic habitats quality indicative congeners species Gobio gobio, Gobio kessleri and Gobio albipinnatus populations’ dynamic in time (2004-2019) and space revealed a decreasing trend in these rivers ecological status. The ADONIS:CE tool has been used to build a backing management system model, based on these indicative fish species habitat needs, indicators for favourable conservation status, pressures and threats. This management system implementation in the field will favour the amelioration of lotic habitats and the ecological status recovering of two of the local fish species of conservative interest (G. kessleri and G. albipinnatus).
