Z roku na rok umiera coraz więcej osób na skutek zakażenia bakterią, która jest oporna na znane antybiotyki. Aby zapobiegać rozwojowi antybiotykooporności konieczny jest wzrost świadomości społecznej o niekorzystnych skutkach nadużywania i niewłaściwego stosowania antybiotyków. W tym celu prowadzone są liczne kampanie i akcje społeczne. Aby dotrzeć z tymi informacjami także do młodzieży realizowane są projekty citizen science, w które zaangażowani są studenci i uczniowie. Κατά την περίοδο 2004 με 2017, συλλέχθηκαν περισσότερα από 350 δείγματα ελεύθερων και διαλελυμένων αερίων στην Ελλάδα. Μαζί με αυτά συνυπολογίστηκαν και βιβλιογραφικά δεδομένα. Για καλύτερη κατανόηση της μελέτης, η χώρα διαιρέθηκε σε τέσσερις γεωλογικές ενότητες (Εξωτερικές [EH] και Εσωτερικές [IH] Ελληνίδες, Ελληνική Ενδοχώρα [HH] και ενεργό ηφαιστειακό τόξο [VA]) και με βάση τον συγκεκριμένο διαχωρισμό ερευνήθηκε η πιθανή σχέση της κύριας γεωχημικής σύστασης των αερίων με τα διάφορα γεωλογικά και γεωδυναμικά καθεστώτα των περιοχών δειγματοληψίας. Summary Background In patients with COPD, exacerbations are associated with poor quality of life and may shorten survival. Prevention of exacerbations is, therefore, a key objective in COPD management. Indacaterol, a once-daily ultra-long-acting β 2 -agonist, has been shown to reduce exacerbations in various studies. This pooled analysis evaluated the effect of indacaterol on exacerbations versus placebo. International audience; The electromagnetic character of the ΔI=1 transitions connecting the 1- to 0-phonon and the 2- to 1-phonon wobbling bands should be dominated by an E2 component, due to the collective motion of the entire nuclear charge. In the present work it is shown, based on combined angular correlation and linear polarization measurements, that the mixing ratios of all analyzed connecting transitions between low-lying bands in 135Pr interpreted as 0-, 1-, and 2-phonon wobbling bands, have absolute values smaller than one. Uniform rectifiability and ε-approximability of harmonic functions in Lp

Suppose that E⊂Rn+1 is a uniformly rectifiable set of codimension 1. We show that every harmonic function is ε-approximable in Lp(Ω) for every p∈(1,∞), where Ω:=Rn+1∖E. Together with results of many authors this shows that pointwise, L∞ and Lp type ε-approximability properties of harmonic functions are all equivalent and they characterize uniform rectifiability for codimension 1 Ahlfors–David regular sets. Το σύνθετο γεωδυναμικό καθεστώς της Ελλάδας πηγάζει από την πολύπλοκη γεωλογική της ιστορία, η οποία χαρακτηρίζεται από έντονη σεισμική δραστηριότητα και ενισχυμένη γεωθερμική βαθμίδα. Αυτή η δραστηριότητα σε συνδυασμό με το ενεργό ηφαιστειακό τόξο, ευνοεί την ύπαρξη πολλών εκπομπών αερίων, με αποτέλεσμα την κατηγοριοποίηση σε CO2-, N2- και CH4-αέρια, ανάλογα με το επικρατών είδος. Η παρούσα εργασία επικεντρώνεται στο μεθάνιο και τους ελαφρούς υδρογονάνθρακες (C2-C6) με σκοπό τον προσδιορισμό της προέλευσή τους. Οι συγκεντρώσεις του CH4 (<2 έως 915,200 μmol/mol) και η ισοτοπική του αναλογία (δ13C -79.8 έως +16.9 ‰, δD -298 έως +264‰) καλύπτουν ένα ευρύ φάσμα τιμών, που υποδεικνύει διαφορ…
