Ahlfors-regular distances on the Heisenberg group without biLipschitz pieces

We show that the Heisenberg group is not minimal in looking down. This answers Problem 11.15 in `Fractured fractals and broken dreams' by David and Semmes, or equivalently, Question 22 and hence also Question 24 in `Thirty-three yes or no questions about mappings, measures, and metrics' by Heinonen and Semmes. In this paper, we use the theory of symmetric Dirichlet forms to derive Feynman–Kac formulae for the forward problem of electrical impedance tomography with possibly anisotropic, merely measurable conductivities corresponding to different electrode models on bounded Lipschitz domains. Subsequently, we employ these Feynman–Kac formulae to rigorously justify stochastic homogenization in the case of a stochastic boundary value problem arising from an inverse anomaly detection problem. The relationship that the parents have with each other is one of the factors to take into consideration when adopting or not the modality of shared custody and custody after a situation of family crisis. To deny the shared modality if there was no good relationship between the parents was the rule until relatively recent dates. With the entry into force of local laws as well as the change in jurisprudence, the tendency that remains is to consider that it will no longer be enough that there is this bad relationship but will have to be a situation of high confrontation so that this situation may be grounds for denial of the shared custody regime.

Por un lado, fundamentamos lo que denominados naturaleza humana haciendo referencia a las iguales capacidades humanas, necesarias en el cumplimiento de funciones vitales. The essay focuses on the different mechanisms of marriage downgrading. Given the principle of ?cross-border continuity? of statuses, limits to this continuity are sometimes admitted and they are placed through downgrading mechanisms. That can occour in the case of same-sex marriages transcription in a Member State which does not allow such marriages, but which does allow samesex registered partnerships. Downgrading mechanism has an anti-elusive function, but it is not without problems in terms of discrimination on the grounds of sexual orientation. In French law, there are only two models of couples between which a choice is really possible to organize their patrimonial relationships: partnership or marriage. But, if the couple intends to organize a transfer of assets between companions both during the union and in case of death, it is definitely marriage that offers more possibilities than partnership. Often, young French couples, who do not wish to marry, either not at the begining of their relationship or not at all, have the idea that, if marriage organizes a legal protection of the couple, the partners have the possibility to provide conventionally equivalent protection. In fact, this idea is wrong.

In the past years, a great deal of effort was put into research regarding Indirect Immunofluorescence techniques with the aim of development of CAD systems. In this work a method for segmenting HEp-2 cells in IIF images is presented. Such task is one of the most challenging of automated IIF analysis, because the segmentation algorithm has to cope with a large heterogeneity of shapes and textures.
