Cet article a pour ambition de construire une réflexion théorique portant sur les enjeux éthiques des formules d'actionnariat des dirigeants. Une croissance économique soutenue et la performance des marchés boursiers ont, en effet, conduit de nombreuses firmes à introduire des plans d'option sur actions (POA ou stock-options) et des formules d'actionnariat ou à accroître leur importance dans le panier de rémunération de leurs dirigeants. Bakalaura darba “Dabas vides semantika sīriešu dzejnieces Hulūdas Šarafas dzejas izlasē” mērķis ir atlasīt dabas attēlu veidus un analizēt to jēdzienisko nozīmi dzejas tekstā. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no trīs nodaļām: Pirmajā nodaļā tiek īsi apskatīts teorētiskais un praktiskais materiāls par semiotiku kopumā, dzejas teksta semiotisku interpretēšanu un vārda simbolikas nozīmi poētiskā tekstā. Otrajā nodaļā tiek apskatīta dzejnieces radošā biogrāfija, kā arī aplūkotas būtiskākās atšķirības starp arābu tradicionālās dzejas formām un Hulūdas Šarafas daiļradi. Questo articolo esplora alcune forme dell’identità femminile nell’Egitto post-rivoluzionario, quale si manifesta in due documenti pubblicati dopo la Rivoluzione del 2011 sui diritti delle donne musulmane. Sono il Documento di al–Azhar (2013) e la Dichiarazione di Alessandria (2014), concordi nel ribadire il valore delle donne e i diritti garantiti loro dalla shari‘a. L’uno e l’altra hanno visto il coinvolgimento delle femministe islamiche. Si descrivono anche le possibilità di collaborazione tra al-Azhar e le femministe islamiche, per fondare una conoscenza religiosa-femminista autoctona e sensibile al genere. The research is a part of a wider study on the improbitas and the so called intestabilitas in the Roman sources and focuses on analysis of a passage of the Theophilus’Paraphrase (2.10.6) and some σχόλια added to the Basilica [especially, Sch. 1 ad Bas. 39.1(Pb).6 e Sch. 3 ad Bas. 21.1(Pa).14] – texts that have not been taken into account (except for PT. 2.10.6 only) by the scholars who studied the implications associated with the improbus intestabilisque esse. Bakalaura darba tēma ir “Naratīva struktūra un kino stils Giljermo del Toro filmās “Pāna labirints”, “Purpura smaile” un “Ūdens forma””. Pētījuma mērķis ir saprast naratīvo struktūru un režisoriskās iezīmes, jeb stila iezīmes Giljermo del Toro filmās, šim mērķim teoritiskāja daļa tiek apskatītas kino valodas, semiotikas un naratīva teoriju tēmas. Lietojot semiotisko analīzi, naratīvo analīzi, kā arī izmantojot kinozinātnieka Jurija Civjana (Yuri Tsivian) rīku “Cinemetrics” tiks analizētas augstākminētās kinofilmas. Analizējot pētījumā rezultātus secināt par režisora kino stilu un filmu naratīvo analīzi.
