Ecosystem Architecture Management in the Public Sector : From Problems to Solutions

Based on our research concerning enterprise architecture (EA) in the Finnish public sector, we discuss how EA concept and tool need to be developed to support government business ecosystem and organization design. Our research context indicates, beyond a federal government or a state one, that even a single municipality, like a city concern, can be perceived as an ecosystem of its sectoral domains, subsidiaries and such. Artikkelissa esittelemme kahden Adolf von Beckerin nimiin signeeratun Ateljeessa-teoksen tutkimusta taidehistorian, maalaustekniikan ja materiaalitutkimuksen näkökulmista. Samalla pyrimme tuomaan esiin mitä uutta moniammatillinen yhteistyö ja luonnontieteessä käytetyt menetelmät on tuoneet taideteosten tutkimukseen. Il recente revirement giurisprudenziale sembra adottare un metodo casistico che solleva dubbi di compatibilità coi principi di tipicità e prevedibilità dei danni punitivi. L’approccio “funzionale” è rimesso all’opinione del giudice nel caso concreto, con un giudizio di bilanciamento degli interessi che riecheggia quello di cui all’art. 2043 cod. civ. Costruito tra il 1928 e il 1937, il Sacrario dei Caduti di Siracusa rappresenta un raro esempio di architettura votiva e religiosa aI tempo stesso. L'edificio, che oggi prende il nome di Chiesa di San Tommaso al Pantheon, è dedicato al culto della memoria ed alla devozione per i Caduti della Grande Guerra. Il saggio ripercorre la storia del monumento, dalla sua concezione alla sua realizzazione, inserendolo nel più ampio contesto storico, artistico ed architettonico d'epoca e confronta i progetti dell'architetto Francesco Fichera (Catania,1881-1950) con quelli dei fratelli Gaetano ed Ernesto Rapisardi, mostrando anche alcuni materiali inediti.

A quantitative reverse Faber-Krahn inequality for the first Robin eigenvalue with negative boundary parameter

The aim of this paper is to prove a quantitative form of a reverse Faber-Krahn type inequality for the first Robin Laplacian eigenvalueλβwith negative boundary parameter among convex sets of prescribed perimeter. In that framework, the ball is the only maximizer forλβand the distance from the optimal set is considered in terms of Hausdorff distance. The key point of our stategy is to prove a quantitative reverse Faber-Krahn inequality for the first eigenvalue of a Steklov-type problem related to the original Robin problem.
