Nykyistä suomalaista huippujääkiekkoa ei olisi olemassa ilman maksavaa yleisöä. Urheilufanit ovatkin urheilutuotteiden suurkuluttajia. Fanius on moniulotteinen ilmiö, joka voidaan liittää populaarikulttuuriin. Sen tarkka määrittäminen on kuitenkin ongelmallista. Tutkielmani tarkoituksena oli selvittää, miten jääkiekkofanit sosiaalistuvat jääkiekkofaniuteen ja millaisia ovat jääkiekkofaniuden merkitykset. Esports phenomena have grown rapidly in recent years, and so has research on the topic. Some of the research has also addressed esports fandom (see e.g. Taylor 2012). Nevertheless, studies comparing and contrasting how players and fans engage with the game and the esports based on that game are scarce. This study compares and contrasts how players and fans engage with playable game characters and esports players. The role of personal and relative job performance in promotion decisions

This study employs personnel data from a large university to examine how supervisors utilize information on employees' job performance in promotion decisions. The study shows that better-performing employees are rewarded with promotions as a higher output of peer-reviewed publications and better quality of research output are associated with a higher probability of being promoted. The study also shows that supervisors compare their subordinates' job performance when deciding on promotions: employees who outperform their colleagues in terms of research output and research quality are more likely to be promoted. Räjähdysaineiden kulkeutuminen maaperään ja vesitöihin aiheuttaa merkittävän ympäristöriskin, sillä toksikologisissa tutkimuksissa räjähdysaineiden on havaittu aiheuttavan monia terveydellisiä haittoja ja ne ovat myrkyllisiä eläville organismeille. Customer Environmental Values and Their Contribution to Loyalty in Industrial Markets

Concern over the effect of industries on the natural environment is growing on a multitude of levels. This study examines the effects of how perceptions of (a) environmental values, (b) green image and (c) perceived value of industrial customers influence their loyalty towards suppliers in existing relationships, and how the length of B2B relationships may moderate these linkages. A conceptual framework is developed and data are collected from a global sample (N =121) of B2B customers.
