La question de l'imagination est envisagée non pas dans l'histoire longue des idées libertines, mais dans le cadre de ce que nous appelons une « conjoncture libertine ». Une controverse, lisible dans trois écrits pendant « la possession de Loudun » (1634-35), montre que le discours en faveur de l'imagination des possédées a pu être mis du côté du libertinage dans le cadre d'une stratégie politique, autour de Richelieu, de définition des idées médicales et d’affirmation de la liberté des auteurs.

This thesis looks at happiness as perceived and shown in Christian Bobin's works. For this purpose, we used the approach of Bachelard to define Bobin’s symbolic element of happiness: the flame. To deal with the problem of time and its complexity, involved in our main problem, we applied theories of Bachelard, Bergson and those of modern physics, as well as the “logic of the contradictory” (of Lupasco). The images associated with intellect are analyzed based on Henry Corbin's works and are defined as “image- body-reality”. The aim of the paper was to show the importance of distinction between US and THEM which is disrupted in the patients with aphasia and leads to social isolation. It should be stressed that the distinction between US and THEM is deeply rooted in couture and language. It has great social and psychological significance since foreigners – speaking imperfect language are as a rule excluded from the society. Hence, aphasic persons tend also to be excluded and they become an object of pity. Neurolinguistic aspects of aphasia are also discussed. The effect of disorder on optical spectra of conjugated polymers

Abstract Using the semi-empirical parametrization of the Pariser-Parr-Pople model we determine the excitonic states in conjugated polymers. The employed parameters correspond to a moderate strength of the long-range Coulomb interaction. In order to take the disorder into account, the nearest-neighbour transfer matrix elements are chosen according to a random distribution. Averaging the results over a large number of chains of 100 sites, which are known to be sufficiently long so that finite-size effects become negligible, we obtain the linear and third-order nonlinear optical susceptibilities.
