The “semantic universes” which however connote sport and “free time sports” have often appeared polarized. Commercial sport and sports professionalism are intertwined with the institutions of economics politics and culture which above all stress its “spectacularity” in order to capture first and foremost the audience. But also the sport of leisure time is intertwined with the actions of the institutions of economics politics and culture with the difference that these stress above all its “healthy value” aimed at the “healthy and rational” investment of time in an activity which improves the quality of life in the short medium and long period. This polarization between the consumption of sport entertainment - commercial sport - and the consumption of sport as a leisure activity - sport for all - has become increasingly interconnected precisely because of the increased collective identity demand via sport. In other words we have witnessed the spread of shape of sports entertainment that recall the importance of sports for psychophysical well-being for integration and social participation for the reduction of social inequalities ethnic and cultural differences and in which the importance assumed was weakened in the show from agonism from competition from the physical confrontation between two contenders or two teams. A sport in which we act with competitors as well as against competitors. Machine learning for mortality analysis in patients with COVID-19

This paper analyzes a sample of patients hospitalized with COVID-19 in the region of Madrid (Spain). Survival analysis, logistic regression, and machine learning techniques (both supervised and unsupervised) are applied to carry out the analysis where the endpoint variable is the reason for hospital discharge (home or deceased). The different methods applied show the importance of variables such as age, O2 saturation at Emergency Rooms (ER), and whether the patient comes from a nursing home. Upper Caraş River (Danube watershed) fish populations fragmentation – technical rehabilitation proposal

Abstract We propose a technical solution for fish movement based on the flow of water over a spill threshold. Such barriers are common in the Danube system. The proposed system has a range of operating components which are easily detachable from the spill threshold, are resistant to corrosion and will not harm the fish. In fact, if designed to complement swimming abilities of target fish, it should provide adequate passage for both adults and juveniles. If implemented correctly, the design may offer a solution to help displaced fish recolonize upstream habitats.

Rectal bleeding is very common in general population with a prevalence of 10-20 %. Primary care physicians have to stratify patients basing on urgency and on the colo-rectal cancer risk and to conduct a decision making for the correct management. We report a case of a 61-years-old woman, complaining rectal bleeding and an anal mass attended to their family doctor who does a visit but without a digital rectal examination and diagnosed a hemorrhoidal prolapse suggesting medical therapy.
