Auktoriteetti on henkilö, jolla on valtaa muihin nähden. Opettajan auktoriteetin muodoista karismaattista auktoriteettia pidetään kaikkein tärkeimpänä. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir noskaidrot dizainparaugos pieļaujamo funkcionalitātes pakāpi un aizsardzības apmēru rezerves daļu gadījumā, kā arī izvērtēt iespējamo aizsardzības apmēru piemērojot autortiesību un konkurences tiesību regulējumu. Lai sasniegtu izvirzīto mērķi, tika padziļināti analizēta juridiskā literatūra, normatīvie akti, pārnacionālo un ārvalstu tiesu prakse. Four Quadrant Switch Based Multiple-Input DC-DC Converter

In this paper, a novel non-isolated multiple input dc-dc converter (MIC) is proposed. The MIC uses four-quadrant switches, only one inductor and capacitor. It is capable of bidirectional operation in non-inverting buck-boost configuration and can accommodate the simultaneous transfer of energy from more than one source of different voltage levels to the DC bus. This MIC is analysed for two inputs in this paper. As compared to existing MICs in literature, the proposed converter utilizes less number of inductors and requires only one switch to integrate any extra energy storage. Effects of compost input and tillage intensity on soil microbial biomass and activity under Mediterranean conditions

Organic amendment and tillage reduction are two common practices to contrast soil organic matter decline, thus promoting sustainable cropping and carbon sequestration. In a horticultural land use system under Mediterranean climate, we evaluated the 9-year effects of two compost inputs (15 and 30 t ha−1 y−1, low and high input, respectively) and two tillage intensities (intensive and reduced) on soil macronutrients concentration, microbial biomass and activity. Total organic C, total N and POlsen were smaller in plots amended at low input, whilst intensive tillage decreased them at both compost inputs. International audience; Flavescence dorée is a serious and incurable vine disease transmitted by an insect vector. Focusing on its spatial diffusion and on its control with pesticides, this paper investigates the private strategies of wine producers and their socially optimal counterparts.
