Ce chapitre a pour objectif d'analyser le processus d'insertion professionnelle des jeunes docteurs en France. Il montre d'abord que l'accès au marché du travail des jeunes docteurs est particulièrement difficile dans un pays où le diplôme est en principe considéré comme une protection au moins relative contre la précarité de l'emploi et le chômage. Comparés aux diplômés de masters professionnels ou d'écoles d'ingénieurs, les jeunes docteurs connaissent en France une insertion plus difficile. De plus, une typologie statistique des trajectoires des jeunes docteurs indique un éclatement des parcours professionnels après la thèse. Abstract The genus Xenocylapidius Gorczyca, 1997 is revised. Five new species: Xenocylapidius acutipennis sp. n., Xenocylapidius ater sp. n., Xenocylapidius bimaculatus sp. n., Xenocylapidius gemellus sp. n., and Xenocylapidius rolandi sp. n. are described from Australia and New Caledonia. Illustrations of the male genitalia, color photographs of dorsal and lateral views of the adults of all species, and key to species of the genus Xenocylapidius are provided.

Abstract Three new species of the genus Leprocapsus Poppius from Indonesia, L. irianjayensis n. sp. and L. parvus n. sp. (Irian Jaya), and L. schuhi n. sp. (Sulawesi), are described. A color photograph of the adult and illustration of the antennal segments I and II of each treated taxa, dorsal habitus drawing of L. schuhi, illustration of the male genitalia of L. parvus, and scanning electron micrographs of selected structures of L. irianjayensis, L. schuhi, and L. scutellaris are provided. A key to all known species, diagnosis and the distribution map of the genus Leprocapsus are given.
Phytochemical profile and insecticidal activity of Drimia pancration (Asparagaceae) against adults of Stegobium paniceum (Anobiidae)

Chemical and spectroscopic investigation of the bulbs of Drimia pancration resulted in the isolation of one known flavonol (1), never isolated from this plant species, and of three previously described steroidal saponins (2–4), but whose configuration at their stereogenic centres was not clearly determined. By mean of 1H NMR, 13C NMR, nuclear overhauser effects (NOE) and two-dimensional NMR spectra the full stereochemical structures of compounds 2–4 were proved and all the 1H and 13C signals were assigned. Three of these proteins (LCP5, 6, and 8) were found to be encoded by two multicopy genes previously mapped to the gene cluster at 65A 5-6 on the left arm of the third chromosome. Living in high latitudes and altitudes sets specific requirements on species’ ability to forecast seasonal changes and to respond to them in an appropriate way. Adaptation into diverse environmental conditions can also lead to ecological speciation through habitat isolation or by inducing changes in traits that influence assortative mating. Background. The Colorado potato beetle (Leptinotarsa decemlineata) is a major pest and a serious threat to potato cultivation throughout the northern hemisphere. Despite its high importance for invasion biology, phenology and pest management, little is known about L. decemlineata from a genomic perspective.
