Artikkelissa tarkastellaan maahanmuuton kielikysymyksiä Unkarista Suomeen ja Ruotsiin työllistyneiden terveydenhuollon ammattilaisten näkökulmasta. Neksusanalyyttisessä viitekehyksessä tutkitaan sitä investointia, jonka nämä työntekijät tekevät oppiakseen uutta, työssä tarvitsemaansa kieltä eli suomea tai ruotsia. El objetivo de este artículo es analizar los derechos de propiedad intelectual sobre los trabajos elaborados por quienes cursan estudios universitarios, con particular referencia a los TFG, TFM y tesis doctorales que se realizan en el ámbito de la ciencia jurídica. Para ello, en primer lugar, se examina la posibilidad de que el trabajo de investigación sea merecedor de la condición de obra; en segundo lugar, se clarifica la cuestión relativa a la titularidad de los derechos de autor sobre estos trabajos; y, en tercer lugar, se reflexiona en torno a la obligación de dejar las obras en repositorios institucionales de acceso abierto.

This paper explores the challenge of finding common ground between the Finns and the Chinese in the context of co-operation, trade and inward investment facilitation related to general lack of specific interest displayed by the Chinese. The article is ethnographic in nature and is mainly based on data obtained from interviewing individuals working for local governments in Finland and one of the state agencies responsible for attracting foreign investment. Se argumenta la importancia del trabajo en equipo en la atención de las personas afectadas por la Enfermedad de Huntington y de sus familias, y se describen las principales funciones de los distintos profesionales que han de cubrir sus necesidades en cada una de las etapas de la enfermedad en función de las alteraciones y secuelas. Siguiendo esta premisa, se presenta el trabajo de intervención basado en la complementariedad de distintos profesionales que atienden y cuidan a las personas afectadas por la Enfermedad de Huntington, desarrollado en la Asociación de Corea de Huntington de Castilla y León.

When Investment in Basic Skills Gives Negative Returns

In recent years, the Norwegian government has invested heavily in improving basic skills in the adult population. Initiatives have included legislation, the introduction of work-based adult education programs, and reforms in schooling. In light of this investment, we explore trends in adult literacy and numeracy, by comparing data from two international surveys of adult skills, conducted in 2003 and 2012. Paradoxically, the proportion of low-performing adults appears to have increased, most significantly in the 16- to 24-year age group and in the foreign-born population.
