Taloudelliset kannusteet ja työttömien työllistyminen

Artikkelissa raportoidaan tuloksia työttömien työnhakijoiden taloudellisten kannusteiden kehittymisestä ja työllistymisestä. Tilastoaineisto kattaa vuodet 2001–2014 ja se on rajattu seitsemään suureen seutukuntaan, joiden työvoima muodostaa puolet Suomen työmarkkinoista. Tilastoaineistoon perustuvien laskelmien mukaan taloudelliset kannusteet työllistymiseen olivat korkeimmillaan vuosina 2008–2009, jonka jälkeen ne ovat laskeneet liki yhtäjaksoisesti vuoteen 2014 asti. Kannustetasot ovat olleet korkeimmat nuorilla, korkeasti koulutetuilla työttömillä miehillä ja matalimmat alle 35-vuotiailla vähän kouluttautuneilla naisilla. The Impact of the New Rural Cooperative Medical Scheme on Township Hospitals' Utilization and Income Structure in Weifang Prefecture, China

The New Rural Cooperative Medical Scheme was gradually introduced from 2003 in China. This paper is based on a representative survey of 24 randomly selected township hospitals in Weifang prefecture over the period 2000-2008. Using a generalized form of differences-in-differences model, it aims to assess the effect of the reform on the utilization and income structure of the township hospitals. The estimations provide three main results linked to the effects of the New Rural Cooperative Medical Scheme on the behavior of the key stakeholders (households, health care providers and Health Bureau). This paper shows the economic convenience of the application of a reconfiguration system for photovoltaic plants, considering the incentives system in different Countries. The reconfiguration is an alternative to the Distributed Maximum Power Point Tracking, DMPPT, technique used to overcome the mismatch problem in Photovoltaic, PV, plants. This paper focuses on the evaluation of an aid scheme included in a larger local development program realized in Italy during the 2000-2006 cycle of EU Structural Funds. It follows a previous analysis (Cusimano, Mazzola, 2014) on the ex-post evaluation of the effects of the aid schemes included in the so-called territorial integrated projects (tips) and aims at identifying the possible presence of selection bias in measuring the effectiveness of the policy. Abstract This paper compares two alternative methodologies—the experimental–behavioral approach and the contingent approach—for measuring the value that an attribute of a good (product or service) creates for potential customers. In the experimental–behavioral methodology, potential buyers make actual purchase decisions by receiving financial incentives. In the contingent approach, commonplace in marketing research and purchase decisions are hypothetical. This paper analyses the repercussions of the institutional aspects of co-operatives in the decision making process, in arranging the incentive system for members, and discretionary behaviour among management. From a comparative analysis of capitalistic companies, the paper studies the nature of the hierarchical relationships present in co-operatives and reviews the control mechanisms available to them, with special emphasis on the board of directors. At the same time, lines of action are proposed that favour efficient control and reconcile the requirements of co-operative enterprises with their attributes as institutions.

L’objet de cet article est d’appliquer la theorie des tournois aux joueurs du tennis professionnel masculin. Deux nouveaux indicateurs de mesure de la performance des joueurs sont introduits, afin de prendre en compte le niveau de l’opposition. Les estimations econometriques sont effectuees, par la methode des Moindres Carres Ordinaires, sur l’ensemble des tournois disputes par les 30 meilleurs joueurs classes a l’ATP au cours de l’annee 2007. The current Law 49/2002 on the tax regime of non-profit entities and tax incentives for patronage was born out of the declared will to establish a set of incentives applicable to patronage activity in general and, in particular, to cultural patronage. However, the practical application to date of this commendable principle has been shown to be a mere normative proposition.
