Lo studio ha per oggetto l'assetto della prova penale nei processi di criminalità organizzata alla luce delle numerose deroghe ai principi di acquisizione della prova. In particolare viene focalizzata l'attenzione sulle deroghe al principio di immediatezza con l'estensione dei casi di incidente probatorio e della c.d. circolazione probatoria, sebbene con i temperamenti susseguenti alla legge attuativa sul giusto processo. L'approccio è di tipo critico in quanto la fisionomia disegnata in origine e poi modificata rimane ancora oggi sfigurata rispetto alle linee tracciate dal 'codice Vassalli'.

Oblate Collectivity in the Yrast Structure of 194Pt
2005
A deep inelastic reaction using a 460 MeV 82Se beam incident upon a thick 192Os target was performed at the Legnaro National Laboratory, Italy. The resulting γ-decays were measured using the GASP array. Results for 194Pt extend the known level scheme of the yrast structure from spin I = (12 ħ) to (20 ħ). The irregularities in the sequence of the new transition energies and total Routhian surface calculations show a breakdown in collectivity with an yrast oblate shape remaining to high spin. This paper investigates whether information technology (IT) departments that implement the IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) processes also employ process management. This is a pertinent issue, as ITIL not only implies a time-limited program for redesigning vital IT processes according to best practices but a complete transformation to ITIL also implies that processes are managed on a daily basis. Building on process management and service climate theories, this paper investigates the pertinent issues of whether firms that implement ITIL best practices for IT service management will also experience growth in their process management activities and IT service climate. Experimental investigations of the hypernucleus $_Λ^4$H

International audience; Negatively charged pions from two-body decays of stopped _Lambda^4H hypernuclei were studied in 2012 at the Mainz Microtron MAMI, Germany. The momenta of the decay-pions were measured with unprecedented precision by using high-resolution magnetic spectrometers. A challenge of the experiment was the tagging of kaons from associated K^+∧ production off a Be target at very forward angles. In the year 2014, this experiment was continued with a better control of the systematic uncertainties, with better suppression of coincident and random background, improved particle identification, and with higher luminosities. INTRODUCTION: Conventional adrenalectomy still plays an important role, even in the era of minimally invasive endocrine surgery. It was the aim of our study to analyse the indications for conventional adrenalectomy in our own patients since the introduction of the minimally invasive technique in the year 1994 - laparoscopically and retroperitoneoscopically. PATIENTS AND METHODS: Between January 1994 and September 2006, a total of 412 adrenalectomies were performed in 380 patients. Out of these, 106 operations (25.7 %) were carried out conventionally in 98 patients, and 306 operations (74.3 %) endoscopically in 282 patients.
