Teachers’ training and inclusive processes in the kindergarten, primary and secondary school: a field research
2020
Inclusion is a continuous process aimed to promote learning and participation of all students, opposing every kind of exclusion and helping educative contexts to take charge diversity of life contexts, interests, experiences, knowledges and competences of students. For development of inclusive processes, teachers’ training represents a necessary change of paradigm in the secondary school that has to be even more organic and systemic. In fact, already in the report by OCSE in 2005, called “Teachers matter: attracting, development and retaining effective teachers”, it affirms that “improvement of quality of teachers’ training is a priority for the single national politics”. To renew the schol…
QUALITY OF INCLUSIVE EDUCATION, OBSTACLES AND NECESSARY PEDAGOGICAL SOLUTIONS IN WORKING WITH PUPILS WITH AUTISM IN ITALY
2018
Nowadays are increasingly encountered children diagnosed with autism, but there are still serious problems of inclusion of these children in the comprehensive general education system. This is due to various factors. The author of this study many years is working in the schools of special education in Rome, so in the year 2010 started research on inclusion of pupils with autism into the Italian schools. The idea is to transmit the author's knowledge and experience further in Latvia, where inclusion of such pupils into general education schools is still at an early stage because of a lack of both human resources and financial resources, as well in regard of experience and clear understanding…
"Table 5" of "Measurement of jet suppression in central Pb-Pb collisions at $\sqrt{s_{\rm NN}}$ = 2.76 TeV"
2015
Ratios of jet spectra with different leading track $p_{\mathrm{T}}$ requirements ("$0$ over $5$", "$3$ over $5$", "$7$ over $5$" and "$10$ over $5$") for $R=0.2$ jets in 0-10% most central Pb-Pb collisions at $\sqrt{s_{\mathrm{NN}}}=2.76$ TeV.

N(PHI) / ( N(OMEGA) + N(RHO) ) as a function of PT. The statistical uncertainty includes the type-A systematic uncertainty. The systematic uncertainty is the type-B systematic uncertainty.

Ratio of the jet spectrum with a leading track $p_{\mathrm{T}}$ > 5 GeV/$c$ over the inclusive jet spectrum for $R=0.2$ in pp collisions at $\sqrt{s}=2.76$ TeV.

Enhancement ratio of Lambda for different centrality intervals in Pb-Pb collisions at sqrt(sNN)=2.76 TeV. The enhancement ratio is the ratio of the yield of a particle in A-A collisions to the yield of the particle in pp collisions, scaled by the average number of participant nucleons: Enhancement=[Yield(A-A)/]/[Yield(pp)/2]. The Lambda yield for pp collisions at sqrt(s)=2.76 TeV is extrapolated from the measured yield at sqrt(s)=7 TeV. In the tables, the first systematic uncertainty is the uncertainty from the Pb-Pb data and the second is from the uncertainty in . In the paper this ratio is plotted as a function of the values taken from PRC 88, 044909 (2013).

Enhancement ratio of phi(1020) for different centrality intervals in Pb-Pb collisions at sqrt(sNN)=2.76 TeV. The enhancement ratio is the ratio of the yield of a particle in A-A collisions to the yield of the particle in pp collisions, scaled by the average number of participant nucleons: Enhancement=[Yield(A-A)/]/[Yield(pp)/2]. The phi(1020) yield for pp collisions at sqrt(s)=2.76 TeV is interpolated between the measured yields at sqrt(s)=900 GeV and sqrt(s)=7 TeV. In the tables, the first systematic uncertainty is the uncorrelated uncertainty from the Pb-Pb data, the second is the normalization uncertainty from the Pb-Pb data, and the third is from the uncertainty in . In the paper this r…
