This paper aims at revealing the partial results of the research I have been conducting since 2010 with the community of unaccompanied children and youngsters hosted by the protection system of the Autonomous Community of Galicia (Spain). The research focuses on a case study, including adolescents from a specific territory of Morocco, the province of Beni Mellal, one of the most relevant out-bound migration regions into Spain and Italy. The study points out some gaps in the implementation of the rights of the child that blocks the access to protection, conditioning his/her vital trajectory and social integration after youngster's departure from the hosting institution.

Abstract In a recent paper the authors proposed a mechanical model corresponding, exactly, to fractional hereditary materials (FHM). Fractional derivation index 13 E [0,1/2] corresponds to a mechanical model composed by a column of massless newtonian fluid resting on a bed of independent linear springs. Fractional derivation index 13 E [1/2, 1], corresponds, instead, to a mechanical model constituted by massless, shear-type elastic column resting on a bed of linear independent dashpots. Purpose The main aim of this work is the search of characteristic points of a beam profile and application of these points for the TPS commissioning purposes. The comparison between profiles during the commissioning of the treatment planning system is a very important procedure. It is impossible to designate a field size for the off-axis, wedged and FFF beams directly using the definition of the on-axis symmetric field size.
