This paper aims to describe the function of Kuri and Pasai myths for the native people of Wondama Bay. The mythical function itself as part of oral literature aims to enrich the understanding of the indigenous people of Wondama Bay about its oral literature. Myths Kuri and Pasai is the cultural result of the people of Wondama Bay which continues to be passed down from generation to generation. In the function of the Myth of Kuri and Pasai there are three functions, among others: 1) aesthetic function, in the aesthetic function there are two functions such as the function of the symbol and didactic function, 2) the function religiou, 3) the social function.

Through an analysis of some ethnographic examples (Matis, Akawaio,Guayaki, Cayabi), the chapter shows how in Indigenous Amazonia tattooing was connected in multiple ways to cultural conceptions regarding both the fabrication of the person and the classifications of world components, in which complex systems of correspondence between diverse domains organize people's experience and thought.

Resum: Al present article s’analitza la pel·lícula También la lluvia, una bona mostra de com també el cine «pel gran públic» pot contribuir, a través de les seves representacions, a conscienciar els espectadors; en aquest cas, sobre temes com el genocidi indígena a l’edat moderna, la històrica marginació dels pobles indígenes d’Amèrica Llatina i el dret a l’aigua que hom posa en discussió arreu del món. S’hi destaca, especialment, el racisme inherent als discursos de les elits que estan reproduïts a la pel·lícula i que són una bona mostra –dins del codi realista de También la lluvia– d’idees i d’un llenguatge prou difós.

Se presentan dos perspectivas que buscan definir la concepción de una identidad cultural latinoamericana. La sustentada en el colonialismo heteróclito y, la más actual, de las reivindicaciones indígenas. Ambas han sido preocupaciones recorridas desde el siglo XIX como posibles salidas para un reconocimiento de un ser cultural identificable por cada uno de los fragmentos que conforman los Estados nacionales en América Latina. La reflexión se sustenta en autores como Mariano Picón Salas, José Carlos Mariátegui, Octavio Paz, Roberto Fernández Retamar, Augusto Roa Bastos, Arturo Uslar Pietri, John Beverley, y Ronny Velasquez, entre otros estudiosos de la cultura.

Dans cet article, l’auteur revient sur certaines questions concernant le domaine de la parenté et de l’organisation sociale des Wayùu de la péninsule de La Guajira, dans la zone frontalière du nord de la Colombie et du Venezuela. Amino acids and volatile compounds in wines from Cabernet Sauvignon and Tempranillo varieties subjected to malolactic fermentation in barrels

The aim of the present paper is to compare the behaviour of industrial lactic bacteria and indigenous bacteria of the cellar when malolactic fermentation was carried out in barrels. The effects of these bacteria on the concentration of metabolised amino acids during malolactic fermentation and on the composition of volatile compounds both before and after malolactic fermentation are studied. The experiment was performed with wines of the Tempranillo and Cabernet Sauvignon varieties.
