Évaluation des usages locaux de données territoriales

Ce document a pour objet de rendre compte des activités de recherche qui ont été menées dans le cadre de l’étude intitulée : « Évaluation des usages locaux de données territoriales ».Il s’agira ici de présenter le contexte de l’étude, son cadre théorique, les outils méthodologiques convoqués et la composition du corpus analysé, cette étude ne pouvant prétendre à l’exhaustivité des terrains d’observation possibles.Une grande part du document sera ensuite consacrée à la présentation des analyses, et à leur interprétation.Enfin, le tout sera mis à en perspective afin d’en synthétiser les résultats, conclusions, et pistes de recherche complémentaires.

National audience; Le projet de recherche mené sur la plateforme Nuvee dans le cadre d’un doctorat en Sciences de l’Information et de la Communication étudie l’impact des dynamiques communautaires dans le cadre de l’e-ETP. Nous souhaitons comprendre comment la possibilité d’accès à des savoirs expérientiels peut améliorer la prise en charge de l’obésité.Dans cette première enquête quantitative nous avons mis à l’épreuve l’hypothèse selon laquelle rejoindre la communauté Nuvee a permis aux utilisateurs de développer ou de bénéficier d’un soutien social en ligne.

To curb the worsening of obesity, health professionals are using digital tools to propose solutions to their patients. This paper focuses on the possible motivation brought by gamification within digital therapeutic education for obesity. Hoping to increase the adherence and motivation of users, the platform studied aimed at proposing learning thanks to games. Mir@bel is a network backed by a platform dedicated to the online access to journals (full texts, description, publisher, etc.). This presentation of Mir@bel network took place during a meeting with the Sherpa/Romeo team of JISC. It was organised within the framework of the Bibliothèque Scientifique Numérique (former Committee for Open Science) in the working group dedicated to "Public Scientific Publishing". The aim was to imagine the future for the declaration of publishing policies of French scientific journals in the British Sherpa/Romeo platform.

Coding emotions in computer-mediated communication: the example of YouTube comments

Computer-mediated communication (CMC) is essentially text-based. This is generally said to result in a “paucity of paralinguistic and non-linguistic cues” (Bieswanger, 2013: 468), but it is also considered to be the main reason for the development of other characteristic non-verbal modalities, such as emoticons and emoji. How are, then, emotions expressed in such a specific context? Are verbal modalities as limited as they are said to be? Do non-verbal modalities complete or replace them? This paper will try to answer those questions using discourse analysis tools applied to a sample of comments on a YouTube video.

Does openness and open access policy relate to the success of universities?

This study takes a closer look at the Ranking Web of Universities and Ranking Web of Repositories rankings and tries to examine if there is a connection between these two rankings. Study is done by analyzing the success of University of Jyväskylä and the institutional repository JyX of the University in these rankings. Comparison shows that the JyX archive plays an important role in University’s success especially when analyzing the presence and openness of the University. W artykule omówiono – na przykładzie Uniwersytetu Opolskiego – trzy obszary działalności informacyjnej oraz komunikacji naukowej na podstawie sieciowego obiegu informacji z wykorzystaniem sieci Internet – udostępnianie światowych baz danych w ramach tzw. licencji krajowych, uczelnianych repozytoriów instytucjonalnych oraz realizowanie polityki otwartego dostępu. Obszary tej działalności należą obecnie do strategicznych zadań zespołów, które odpowiadają za zarządzanie dostępem do informacji naukowej.
