This paper proposes an informational service, Impactrimonio , to assess the economic impact of a particular museum, library, festival or heritage element on the economic development of a particular territory. This service takes on increasing importance in the context of the new development paradigm linked to the Cultural Economy. From the information contained in the input-output tables and the data supplied by the user on various questionnaires, Impactrimonio  estimates the direct, indirect and induced effects necessary to quantify the economic impact of the cultural activity.

Towards global service level guarantee within autonomic computing systems

International audience; In this paper, we specify a global service level guarantee including not only QoS but also security and taking into account user mobility. This global service level could be guaranteed within several autonomic computing systems managed by different autonomic domain managers. For that purpose, we propose an end-to-end Service Level Negotiation Protocol, called SLNP, to provide those autonomic managers with a negotiation capability. The paper addresses the dynamic belief, desire and intention profiles that can be made of an agent following a particular route, for example through a city. It assumes that location of an agent has effects on his beliefs desires and intentions and that the history of agent’s mobility and observed states in different locations can be used to predict his future states if the location is being permanently observed.
