Chaos and its Degradation-Promoting-Based Control in an Antithetic Integral Feedback Circuit

This letter deals with a novel variant of antithetic integral feedback controller (AIFC) motifs which can feature robust perfect adaptation, a pervasive (desired) ability in natural (synthetic) biomolecular circuits, when coupled with a wide class of process networks to be regulated. Using the separation of timescales in the proposed kind of AIFC, here we find a reducedorder controller that captures the governing slow part of the original solutions under suitable assumptions. Tämän tutkimuksen tavoitteena oli selvittää, että mitkä tekijät vaikuttavat positiivisesti kansainvälisen fuusion jälkeiseen IT-integraatioon. Tutkimuksessa selvitettiin menestystekijöitä fuusion jälkeistä integraatioprosessista IT-integraation ja organisaatiokulttuurin näkökulmista. Expanding Acutuncus : Phylogenetics and morphological analyses reveal a considerably wider distribution for this tardigrade genus

The tardigrade genus Acutuncus has been long thought to be an Antarctic endemism, well adapted to this harsh environment. The Antarctic endemicity of Acutuncus was recently dispelled with the description of Acutuncus mariae Zawierucha, 2020 found in the Svalbard archipelago. The integrated analyses on two newly found Acutuncus populations from UK and Italy, and a population of Acutuncus antarcticus found close to its type locality allowed us to expand the climatic and geographic range of the genus Acutuncus. Multi-currency regime and markets in early nineteenth-century Finland

Pre-industrial money supply typically consisted of multiple, often foreign currencies. Standard economic theory implies that this entails welfare loss due to transaction costs imposed by currency exchange. Through a study of novel data on Finnish nineteenth-century parish-level currency conditions, we show that individual currencies had principal areas of circulation, with extensive co-circulation restricted to the boundary regions in between. We show that trade networks, defined here through the regional co-movement of grain prices, proved crucial in determining the currency used. Tässä artikkelissa kuvaamme tieteidenvälisen tutkimus- ja kehittämishankkeen suunnittelua ja toteutusta. Käymme läpi prosessia, jossa eri tieteenalojen tutkijat pyrkivät tuottamaan hyvinvoinnista uutta, eri menetelmiä yhteen sovittavaa tietoa, ja löytämään yhteisiä vastauksia eri alojen näkökulmasta asetettuihin kysymyksiin. Artikkelimme perustuu hankkeellemme Yhteistyöllä hyvinvointia kouluyhteisöön, joka yhdistää etnologian ja psykologian alan tutkimusta. This research is grounded in the planning concept of Integrated Solid Waste Management (ISWM). ISWM was developed to promote sustainability in the waste management for developing countries. Waste managers and policy makers in developing countries have been adopting the principles of ISWM into their waste strategies for several decades. But despite their many efforts, still important problems remain, as is the case of low collection coverage, lack of proper treatment of the different waste types, high dependency on final disposal sites and even in some cities uncontrolled dumping is still accepted as the only way to handle the waste.
