Il presente lavoro consta di tre parti. La prima parte è dedicata all’analisi delle ragioni favorevoli e di quelle contrarie all’inserimento di una menzione alle radici cristiane nel preambolo della Costituzione europea. Nella seconda parte, a partire da una distinzione tra due possibili (macro-)modelli di integrazione europea, viene introdotta la nozione rawlsiana di ragione pubblica, nozione che può essere utilmente tenuta sullo sfondo di una concezione «sottile» dell’identità europea. High mental illness prevalence in California state prisons has drawn much attention of scholars and policymakers in the past three decades. Various studies suggest that the mental illness prevalence in prison has increased from 0.14 to 0.3 from 1987 to 2014. The problem with a high concentration of mentally ill prisoners culminated when the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) was sued for the violation of inmates’ rights under the Eighth Amendment in the early 1990s. Multidimensional P-adic Integrals in some Problems of Harmonic Analysis

The paper is a survey of results related to the problem of recovering the coefficients of some classical orthogonal series from their sums by generalized Fourier formulas. The method is based on reducing the coefficient problem to the one of recovering a function from its derivative with respect to an appropriate derivation basis. In the case of the multiple Vilenkin system the problem is solved by using a multidimensional P-adic integral.

Bieżąca polityka regionalna ma za zadanie kształtować spójność terytorialną, a jedną z jej koncepcji jest funkcjonowanie miejskich obszarów funkcjonalnych. Spójność terytorialna rozumiana jest różnorako. W niniejszym opracowaniu rozpatrywano ją jako: rozwój endogeniczny i policentryczny, wyrównywanie dysproporcji w poziomie rozwoju społeczno-gospodarczego, tworzenie powiązań sieciowych oraz zapewnienie dostępności do usług (głównie wiedzy i infrastruktury).
