Il saggio intende presentare l’intervento, dei primi del sec. XX, nel palazzo-villa di Haghìa Triàda, nell’isola di Creta, per la conservazione del suo megaron. La sala possiede forma quasi quadrata, con sedili, ricoperti di lastre di gesso alabastrino, disposti nei tre lati; di fronte ad essa è una corte che la separa dall’esterno. La sala doveva avere una copertura sostenuta da pilastri di legno, che portavano le travi e i solai degli ambienti sovrastanti. L'articolo, prendendo spunto dall'ordinanza del Tribunale di Bologna, analizza criticamente il tema, introdotto dalla novella all'art. 18 st. lav., della differenziazione delle sanzioni contro il licenziamento illegittimo in finzione della tipologia di illegittimità. Nell'aderire ai presupposti enunciati nell'ordinanza lo studio propone una propria lettura della novellazione avanzando la tesi della modificazione indiretta delle fattispecie giustificatrici. Introduction: The activation of integrated care pathways is not always easy and is time-consuming, so the standardized use of stratification tools (ST) can support health care professionals in decision-making processes. Several ST –developed and validated in the United States– have been implemented in the Valencia Region (Spain) at primary care (PC) centres to identify elders with multimorbidity at risk of suffering future hospital admissions (FHA).
