This paper aims to develop a conceptual framework on how Intellectual Capital (IC) accumulation and depletion processes are dynamically interrelated with firm performance. Such a framework makes explicit the relationships between policy levers, strategic resources, drivers, end-results and performance indicators through a Dynamic Resource-based perspective. Different regulatory models of transfer of industrial property rights in the Baltic States: A plea for harmonized approach

AbstractThe authors explore different models of transfer of industrial property on a comparative basis. The article demonstrates that these models differ on a country level and several models may be in use in one legal system. The authors analyze strengths and weaknesses and legal implications of these models in the three Baltic States both at the regulatory level and at the practical level through case studies. The authors conclude that would be preferable to use the model under which the register is vested with negative publicity and the transfer of ownership of industrial property is not made dependent on its recordation.

AbstractPurposeHeterozygous variants in BCL11A underlie an intellectual developmental disorder with persistence of fetal hemoglobin (BCL11A-IDD, a.k.a. Dias-Logan syndrome). We sought to delineate the genotypic and phenotypic spectrum of BCL11A-IDD.MethodsWe performed an in-depth analysis of 42 patients with BCL11A-IDD ascertained through a collaborative network of clinical and research colleagues. The number of mobile subscribers in the world is soon reaching the three billion mark. According to the newest estimates, majority of the subscribers are already in the developing countries, whereas the number of subscribers in the industrialized countries is about to stagnate around one billion. Because especially in the developing countries the only access to Internet are mobile devices, developing high quality services based on them grows in importance. Ontologies are an important ingredient towards more complicated mobile services. In this paper we refine the taxonomy for mobile ontologies and discuss their creation, business models, maintenance and intellectual property rights (IPR).

The harmful effects of cannabis use and possible neuropsychological impairment associated with its use are a contentious topic of debate in both research and public health,as is thefact that cannabis use has been repeatedly shown to be a risk factor for the development of psychosis.
