Territorial Identity and Geographical Mobility Projects.
2007
International audience; Presently, geographical mobility strongly influences professional insertion. Although, when we ask pupils from rural environments about their future life and work environments, they appear to prefer countryside in their present life region and to be strongly reluctant to live in a big city, and even more in a foreign country. It makes wondering about the possibilities: precocious entry in the local labour market or migration towards more qualified jobs. Many factors can affect these future choices: what is the part of the origin family socioprofessional environment, the personal history of these young people who are or not from the region where they presently live, t…
The editorial function of the territorial intelligence systems
2006
This communication makes an updating of our thinking about the editorial function of the systems of territorial intelligence. Computer science and information systems aim at increasing the communication between the human beings. A territorial intelligence system is an instrument at the service of the actors who ambition to control the development the equitable and sustainable development of their territory. Since the irruption of data processing, we led research activities to design friendly software, then to model the structure of a territorial information system that is at the service of a network of territorial actors, and more recently to integrate the data analysis functions. They led …
Territorial Intelligence Communicational and Community System (TICCS)
2009
Information and Communication Sciences and Territorial Intelligence concept maintain multiple relations today. The method of territorial observation Catalyse, carried by the European Network of Territorial Intelligence, proposes a modelling under the shape of what Jean-Jacques Girardot calls a territorial intelligence community system (TICS, Girardot 2008). It is by the organization of the structuralization of the information, and by the conception of the process of communication that this kind of system takes life, and it is these aspects which we détail here to illustrate that both notions bring mutually. Experiments of research-action led in France, in Spain and in Europe feed these refl…
