espanolRESUMEN Introduccion: Se presenta una revision del CAD-R (Cuestionario de afrontamiento al dolor reducido) (1) en una muestra de 4.389 pacientes diagnosticados con dolor cronico derivada de un estudio multicentrico de toda Espana (2). Material y metodo: Se analiza la estructura factorial mediante analisis factorial exploratorio (AFE) y confirmatorio (AFC), asi como la fiabilidad (consistencia interna y test retest a los tres meses, esta ultima sobre 2.825 pacientes). Se ponen a prueba cuatro modelos constatando que las estrategias de primer orden correlacionadas son las que aportan mejores indices de ajuste. Job satisfaction is understood through its dual role on organization productivity and employees achievement (Smith, 1998). The use of instruments to measure it in Portugal, has been the subject of several studies, such as the adaptation of the Cuestionario de Satisfacción Laboral S20/23 (Meliá & Peiró, 1989) to Portuguese population carried out by Pocinho and García (2008). El objetivo de este estudio fue validar la Escala de Actitud hacia el Alumnado con Discapacidad en Educación Física (EAADEF) de Íñiguez-Santiago et al. Psychometric properties and factorial structure of the Revised Valencia Scale of Attitudes and Beliefs toward Hypnosis – Client Version using a Portuguese sample are presented. Exploratory factor analysis on a Portuguese population of undergraduate college students (N = 444) yielded 8 factors: ‘Interest/Liking’, ‘Memory/Magic’, ‘Help’, ‘Control’, ‘Cooperation’, ‘Marginal’, ‘Fear’ and ‘Automaton’. The overall 8-factor structure is similar to the one found in the therapist version of the scale, and as in the therapist version, each factor of the client version showed good internal consistency and reliability. However, literature is rather limited when dealing with assess-ment instruments for the elderly in the Spanish language. The objective of this work is to validate the Brief Resilient Coping Scale (Sinclair & Wallston, 2004), a four item likert scale, in the Spanish elderly. The aim of this work is to examine the pentafactorial validity of the AF5 Self-Concept Questionnaire in Spanish and Chilean young adults. From the responses of a total of 4,383 young adults aged 17 to 22 years (1,918 Spanish, 44%, and 2,465 Chilean, 56%) it was analyzed the reliability of the instrument, the compared validity of the 5 oblique factor model proposed by the authors versus the unifactorial and the orthogonal alternative models, and was studied the invariance of one Chilean sample. Introducción: La institucionalización del Aprendizaje-Servicio (ApS) en la universidad recomienda, en primer lugar, el análisis de la cultura docente del profesorado y su actitud hacia la innovación. Precisamente, lo que este trabajo pretende es aportar un modelo teórico integrador desarrollando tres escalas de evaluación, contrastadas a través de pruebas estadísticas, para el contexto de la enseñanza universitaria en España.
