Regulation issues of algorithmic administrative decisions: looking for an Italian legislative model

The work aims to highlight the most relevant problematic points that should be taken into consideration by the Italian legislator in order to introduce a regulation of automated administrative decisions. After having briefly recalled the current legal framework on the digitalization of administrative acts and the main doctrinal theories on this subject, the significant positions espressed in the recent administrative case law are examined. With the intent to discuss possible regulatory measures, the main legislative and interpretative solutions developed in this regard in the French legal system are also analyzed.

: The Biologically Oriented Preparation Technique (BOPT), developed by Ignacio Loi and published in 2008, is a consolidated concept in the modeling and preservation of pericoronal soft tissues. The present study describes the analogical and digital methods allowing adequate design and preparation of the emergence profile of BOPT crowns in the working model, with a view to comparing the workflow and advantages of each method. Abstract Drawing on Rose and Novas’s concept of “biological citizenship” and Michel Foucault's "practices of self", this paper reflects on how men become agents of their own therapeutic regimens, and yet internalise messages of risk and practices of self within early detection of prostate cancer discourses in the late 20th century.
