Italy’s prime minister, Mario Draghi, was certainly a factor. The global context was also important, with the new Biden administration in the US leading a group of countries seeking multilateral solutions to pressing international problems.

Tässä pro gradu -työssä tutkitaan Italian kolminkertaisen pääministerin, Silvio Berlusconin, jalkapallometaforiikkaa hänen poliittisessa retoriikassaan vuosina 1993–1996. Tutkimusajanjakso käsittää Silvio Berlusconin nousun Italian politiikkaan aina kevääseen 1996, kun Italiaan perustettiin keskustavasemmistohallitus. Aineistolähteinä käytän kahta Berlusconin poliittisia puheita sisältävää teosta sekä kolmea italialaissanomalehteä: Corriere della Seraa, La Repubblicaa ja La Stampaa. Työn retorisen analyysin välineistön muodostavat Aristoteleen, Chaïm Perelmanin, Kenneth Burken sekä Paul Ricœurin metaforateoriat. Heidän teoriansa toimivat myös analyysin työkaluina. International audience; Après avoir fait un bilan des éléments biographiques et poétiques qui permettent de rapprocher l’œuvre d’Amelia Rosselli de celle de Dino Campana, l’article examine la reprise parodique des vers du poète de Marradi contenue dans le poème « Per la tua pelle olivastra per la tua mascella cadente» tiré de "Variazioni belliche" (1964). This paper aims to justify the use of theatre plays as valid corpus to characterize aspects of Spanish socio-cultural face, specifically the historical evolution of face work in Spanish. Literature works have not always been considered as valid corpus due to its fictional nature and stylistic purpose.
