El presente estudio trata de conocer las herramientas que actualmente se utilizan en el ámbito judicial en menores para evaluar el riesgo de reincidencia en España. Para abordar el trabajo se ha realizado una revisión de la literatura existente y se ha llevado a cabo un análisis comparativo de los instrumentos con mayor ascendencia, que permiten identificar dicho riesgo. En la dècada dels seixanta s’inicia la recuperació de la LIJ en català després de la postguerra. Un dels fets que va ajudar-ne a la recuparació va ser la creació de l'editorial La Galera l’any 1963 i la convocatòria del Premi Folch i Torres per a llibres infantils que alimentava la col•lecció Els Grumets de La Galera. We aimed to assess the prevalence of LVH and its determinants in CYP with primary hypertension (PH).MethodsA meta-analysis of prevalence was performed. A literature search of articles reporting LVH in CYP with PH was conducted in Medline, Embase, and Cochrane databases. Studies with a primary focus on CYP (up to 21 years) with PH were included. The aim of this study was to determine the long term effect of dynamic range of motion (DROM) stretching technique and static stretching (SS) on hip range of motion (ROM), hip isometric strength and vertical jump performance in female gymnasts. In a randomized controlled trial eighteen gymnasts (age 13 ± 2 years) were assigned to a DROM group (n= 9) or SS group (n=9 ). The increase of education in younger people and the relative scarcity of qualified jobs available for them make the overeducation of young workers a social issue. We explored the relationships between overeducation and extra-role behaviors (job content innovation and career-enhancing strategies) as well as the direct and moderating role of personal initiative and intrinsic work values in these relationships. El artículo presenta un estudio de caso de una política juvenil realizada en la última década en una región del Sur de Italia. Su interés reside en la versatilidad, el enfoque multidimensional y en el hecho de haber actuado como un óptimo instrumento de desarrollo local. El estudio de caso se ha realizado a través del análisis documental de las evaluaciones ex -ante, durante y ex – post que se hicieron para valorar el impacto de la política. La reflexión que el caso propone se enfoca en cómo se puede promover eficazmente el desarrollo local a través de políticas más trasversales.

Arterial hypertension (AH) among adults is known to be associated with worse cognitive outcomes. Similarly, children and adolescents with AH could be expected to underperform during neuropsychological evaluations when compared with healthy peers. Las medidas de privación de libertad para menores infractores exigen una atención especial por ser las más restrictivas de derechos. A pesar de esto existen escasos estudios sobre los centros de internamiento de menores y jóvenes en el ámbito nacional. Este documento muestra los resultados de una investigación empírica sobre estos recursos en España. Como objetivo se plantea verificar si en la diversidad de los centros existentes para la ejecución de las medidas de internamiento, se dan algunas condiciones básicas que promuevan el principio de resocialización en el que se fundamenta la ley.
