Tutkielmassani analysoin Jukka Pakkasen novellia ”Marianzan raitiovaunut” (2000) Carl Gustav Jungin symboliteorian avulla. Tutkin henkilöhahmoja ja symboliikkaa ja pyrin avaamaan niitä fiktiivisen mielen psyyken prosesseja, jotka tuota symboliikkaa tuottavat. Symboliikka ilmenee novellissa ennen kaikkea henkilöhahmoisten arkkityyppien muodossa, joten pääpaino on tällaisten psyyken tiedostamattomasta ilmaantuvien symbolisten kuvien ymmärtämisessä. Tärkeässä roolissa ovat myös muutoksen arkkityypit, jotka kuvaavat päähenkilön psyykessä tapahtuvaa muutosta. Nanovadu mehānisko īpašību izpēte un to pielietojumi nanoelektromehāniskās sistēmās

Darbā noteikti monokristālisku Sb2S3, Ge un BeO nanovadu Junga moduļi. Nanovadu šķērsgriezuma laukums noteikts robežās no 7.1⋅102 nm2 līdz 7.8⋅104 nm2, garums no 3,1 µm līdz 136 µm. Mērījumi veikti skenējošā elektronu mikroskopā. Izmantotas atšķirīgas mehānisko īpašību noteikšanas metodes – elektriskā lauka ierosināta mehāniskā rezonanse, nanovadu lieces un spiedes deformācijas – un secināts, ka iegūtie rezultāti kļūdu robežās sakrīt. Eksperimentāli noteiktās Junga moduļa vērtības – 36 ± 9 GPa, 135 ± 40 GPa un 97 ± 24 GPa attiecīgi Sb2S3, Ge un BeO nanovadiem. It is essential for corporate social responsibility that staff can trust its leaders. This paper argues that trust in leaders depends on the relationship between the leader’s values, words and actions. If they are in line, employees can trust the leader. If they are not, distrust prevails. Five alternative relationships between values, words and actions can be identified: (1) values = words = actions; (2) values = words != actions; (3) values != words = actions; (4) values != words != actions; and (5) values = actions != words.
