Bakalaura darba tēma ir „Iedzīvotāju ienākuma nodokļa maksāšanas pienākuma atbilstība sociāli atbildīgas valsts principam Latvijā.” Šāda darba tēma tika izvēlēta, jo Latvijas sabiedrība arvien vairāk noslāņojas pēc ienākumu līmeņa, un iedzīvotāji nespēj apmierināt savas pamatvajadzības, savukārt valsts budžeta ieņēmumi no iedzīvotāju ienākuma nodokļa katru gadu palielinās, veidojot būtisku daļu no kopējiem valsts budžeta ieņēmumiem. Līdz ar to prima facie liekas, ka iedzīvotājiem vispirms ir jānodrošina ieņēmumi valstij, lai tā var izpildīt funkcijas, un tikai tad iedzīvotāji var apmierināt savas pamatvajadzības. En este trabajo se investiga la evolución de la instancia enunciadora (voz) en las tres primeras películas del cineasta boliviano Jorge Sanjinés en el seno de la primera formación del grupo Ukamau (1966-1971). Se analizan las causas políticas y las consecuencias formales de la renuncia al poder enunciador por parte de su tradicional detentador, el intelectual; y su entrega a los grupos subalternos representados en las películas y copartícipes de la producción fílmica. The article is a case study of several digitally based schemes recently operating in Finland where some functions and properties of money are evident. While working effectively as designed, they do not fully meet the criteria of a well-functioning community currency. The schemes include: sysmä, a digitally based hyperlocal system of account introduced by the rural Sysmä municipality; Pisteet kotiin®, a housing association points system in the city of Tampere, copied from a working Dutch model; BookMooch, a global book-swapping site that has extended its operations throughout Finland. Search for heavy neutrinos with the T2K near detector ND280

This paper reports on the search for heavy neutrinos with masses in the range 140<MN<493 MeV/c2 using the off-axis near detector ND280 of the T2K experiment. These particles can be produced from kaon decays in the standard neutrino beam and then subsequently decay in ND280. The decay modes under consideration are N→ℓ±απ∓ and N→ℓ+αℓ−β(−)ν(α,β=e,μ). A search for such events has been made using the Time Projection Chambers of ND280, where the background has been reduced to less than two events in the current dataset in all channels. Hippocampal electrical stimulation disrupts associative learning when targeted at dentate spikes

Hippocampal electrophysiological oscillations, namely theta and ripples, have been implicated in encoding and consolidation of new memories, respectively. According to existing literature, hippocampal dentate spikes are prominent, short‐duration (<30 ms), large‐amplitude (∼2–4 mV) fluctuations in hilar local‐field potentials that take place during awake immobility and sleep. Interestingly, previous studies indicate that during dentate spikes dentate gyrus granule cells increase their firing while firing of CA1 pyramidal cells are suppressed, thus resulting in momentary uncoupling of the two hippocampal subregions.
