Tutkimukseni tavoitteena on tutkia miten luokanopettaja- ja musiikkikasvattajaopiskelijat määrittelevät arviointia omassa asiantuntijuudessaan. Lisäksi tutkin, miten koulutus on tukenut opiskelijoiden arviointifilosofian kehittymistä sekä miten kyseisten opettajankoulutuksien arviointiopintoja voitaisiin kehittää. Tutkimus on laadullinen tapaustutkimus ja aineisto koostuu 13 kirjoitelmasta sekä kahdeksasta teemahaastattelusta. Neskatoties uz informatīviem materiāliem un izglītošanas kompānijām sociālajos tīklos joprojām aizņem augstu vietu starp visām onkoloģiskām saslimšanām un pēdējos gados ir novērojams no jauna diagnosticēto ādas vēžu gadījumu pieaugums. Ir izpētīti, pieradīti un literatūrā aprakstīti riska faktori ādas vēžiem. Pastāv riska faktori, kurus patreiz nevar ietekmēt, bet ir arī tie, uz kuriem iedzīvotāji var ietekmēt un sekojoši mazināt ļaundabīgo ādas jaunveidojumu attīstības riskus. The diversity of pupils and their different difficulties challenge teachers' skills and methods in teaching. Some behavioral challenges require rapid intervention and a multidisciplinary and interdisciplinary approach from the teachers. An internationally recognized tool, TCM (Teacher Classroom Management), aims to support pupils' socio-emotional development, improve teacher-pupil interaction, and strengthen school-home cooperation. The drivers of customer satisfaction in the hospitality industry: applying the Kano model to Sicilian hotels

Starting from the assessment that hotels need to embrace a managerial approach oriented towards customer satisfaction, we adopt the Kano model to identify the relevant drivers of satisfaction of hotels guest in the main cities of Sicily, Italy. This study analyzes the customer satisfaction requirements for Sicilian hotels in order to suggest and weigh a set of key attributes that hotel managers need to consider in order to create an attractive offer. We base our analysis on the qualitative data collected through 600 questionnaires submitted to hotel guests of twenty Sicilian three-star hotels located in city downtowns, in different provinces and locations.
Kanony kobiecego piękna fizycznego w reklamie telewizyjnej i internetowej

Niniejsze opracowanie dotyczy kobiecego piękna w aspekcie fizycznym w reklamie telewizyjnej i internetowej, a także tożsamości kobiety w popkulturze. Analizowane wizerunki bohaterek wybranych komunikatów zostały podzielone na dwa typy: kobieta zwyczajna (w tym gospodyni domowa i specjalistka) oraz kobieta idealna (w tym aktywistka, kobieta sukcesu oraz zmysłowa). Ukazano także związek schematów istniejących w reklamach z funkcjonującymi w społeczeństwie stereotypami dotyczącymi płci. Ustalono, w jaki sposób poszczególne typy bohaterek są ukazywane w reklamach oraz jakie cechy są kanoniczne dla wizerunku tych kobiet.
Microbiological and ageing performance of polyhydroxyalkanoate-based multilayer structures of interest in food packaging

Polyhydroxyalkanoates undergo crystallization during film processing and storage. In this paper, the physico–chemical ageing properties of multilayer structures based on a commercial polyhydroxybutyrate (PHB) and a polyhydroxybutyrate-co-valerate copolymer with 3% valerate content (PHBV3), containing a nanostructured zein interlayer, were analysed. The microbiological safety of the films was also evaluated by monitoring the growth of an inoculum of Listeria monocytogenes over time. Characterization and Processability of Blends of Polylactide Acid with a New Biodegradable Medium-Chain-Length Polyhydroxyalkanoate

In this work the processability and the mechanical performance of polylactide acid (PLA) based blends with a sample of a new biodegradable medium-chain-length poly (hydroxyalkanoate) (PHA) were investigated. The two polymers are incompatible with scarce adhesion and with the dispersed PHA particles size increasing with the PHA content. Rheological tests in shear flow indicate that adding PHA improves the processability of the matrix by increasing the content of this second component in the blend, as observed also for the torque curves, due to the very low viscosity of this new sample of PHA.
