Rowing is a sport discipline, which requires extreme physical strength and endurance and appropriate aerobic and anaerobic capacity as well. However, when the workout intensity and load is very high, exercise is associated with temporary changes in cellular metabolism and the immune system. The study included one male rower aged 28 years – the highly-skilled and experienced athlete. We determined basic cardiorespiratory fitness measures, complete blood count, and 24 clinical chemistry parameters including relevant biochemical and haematological parameters and matrix metaloproteinases activities. Språkexamen för ingermanländare sporrade till muntliga kunskaper

Den här artikeln behandlar en skräddarsydd språkexamen som utvecklades år 2003 för ingermanländska invandrare som ville få uppehållstillstånd i Finland. I min undersökning har jag analyserat de mångfaldiga motiveringar som i medierna var fogade till språkexamen och de mål som man satt för examen. I den här artikeln rapporterar jag också värderingar av de intervjuade lärarna och sakkunniga medlemmarna i språkexamens referensgrupp om hur man har nått målsättningarna. nonPeerReviewed

Suomi on kiinnostava maa. Vain muutaman tunnin ajomatkan päässä voi löytää toisen todellisuuden, vaikka taivaankansi on sama. Kävin marraskuussa tutustumassa Vöyrissä toteutettuun ruotsinkieliseen turvapaikanhakijoille suunnattuun kotoutumiskoulutukseen, jota rahoittaa kolmen vuoden ajan Svenska kulturfonden. Olin rahoittajien pyynnöstä tapaamassa koulutuksen toteuttajia ja koulutukseen osallistujia. Mukanani oli poikani Pietu, joka käy 8. luokkaa Muuramessa. Hänelle ruotsi on yhtä tervanjuontia. With the emergence of manufacturing based economies, specialised productions take on new dimensions during the Neolithic. Production networks progressively develop during the Neolithic and the Metal Ages and can be characterised according to their scale, how they are organised, the status of producers and the intensification of the trade of manufactured goods. This results on the one hand in mass production and on the other in the creation of highly technical objects on demand within a complex economic system of consumption and exchange. Vizuālajā mākslā precizitātei un rūpīgumam ir tik pat liela nozīme kā radošumam, par ko, diemzēl, bieži vien skolās tiek aizmirsts. Autore uzskata, ka skolās ir jāievieš vairāk uzdevumu precizitātes, rūpīguma un darbu izstrādes kvalitātes celšanai. Diplomdarba “Optiskās mākslas izteiksmes līdzekļu izmantošana vizuālās mākslas stundās dažādās klašu grupās” galvenais mērķis ir izpētīt optisko mākslu, tās izteiksmes līdzekļus un to izmantošanas iespējas vizuālās mākslas stundās, veicinot skolēnu spēju strādāt rūpīgāk, precīzāk un kvalitatīvāk. Bezpieczeństwo pracowników społecznych jest warunkowane odpowiednimi determinantami. Do podstawowych zalicza się determinanty systemowe, determinanty osobowe oraz determinanty środowiskowe. W grupie determinant osobowych wyróżnia się cztery zasadnicze czynniki warunkujące bezpieczeństwo pracowników służb społecznych. Są to w szczególności: pozytywna selekcja do zawodu, predyspozycje osobowościowe, przygotowanie merytoryczne i morale zawodowe. Katalog ten jest otwarty i może być uzupełniany w toku dyskursu poświęconego zagadnieniom bezpieczeństwa pracowników tej profesji.
