The aim of this study is to investigate the presence of condylar and ramal asymmetry in patients with a cyst larger than 10 mm in the maxilla or mandible. Condylar and ramal asymmetry index measurements of 47 patients (mean age: 28.85 ± 15.348) in the study group and 40 patients in the control group (mean age: 33.73 ± 13.095) were performed using panoramic radiographs. The study group consists of patients with cysts larger than 10 mm in diameter in the maxilla or mandible. The control group consisted of patients with no radiolucent lesions and no history of trauma. Tutkimuksen tarkoituksena on selvittää, millaisia kertomuksia sateenkaariperheessä kasvamisesta kerrotaan sekä millaisia merkittäviä tunteita ja tapahtumia näihin kertomuksiin liitetään. Tutkimus pyrkii tuottamaan tietoa perheiden kanssa työskenteleville ammattilaisille sekä tuomaan sateenkaariperheiden lasten puheenvuoroja yhteiskunnalliseen keskusteluun. Tämän pro gradun tutkielman aiheena on satujen ja kertomusten käytön soveltaminen opetuk-sessa. Tutkimuksessa selvitettiin, millaisin tavoittein ja keinoin satuja hyödynnettiin koulussa. Lisäksi tutkimme millaisilla, perusteilla opettajat valitsevat käsittelemänsä sadut ja minkälai-sissa tilanteissa he käyttävät niitä. Aiheenvalinnan taustalla olivat kirjoittajien omat kokemuk-set satujen merkityksellisyydestä lapsen kehityksen tukemiselle ja oppimaan innostamiselle. Tutkielman tehtävänä on tarkastella millaisena lasten seksuaalisesta hyväksikäytöstä kertominen näyttäytyy kansainvälisissä tutkimuksissa. Tutkielmassa kuvataan miten hyväksikäytöstä kertomista on tutkittu kansainvälisesti sekä sitä kenelle lapset hyväksikäytöstä kertovat ja mitkä tekijät liittyvät kertomiseen tai kertomatta jättämiseen. Tutkimusaineistona on käytetty seksuaalisesta hyväksikäytöstä kertomista käsitteleviä kansainvälisiä tutkimuksia. Aineisto kerättiin elektronisista tietokannoista systemaattisen kirjallisuuskatsauksen menetelmällä. Aineisto koostuu 22 tutkimuksesta, joista suurin osa on yhdysvaltalaisia tutkimuksia. The aim of this study was to systematically review lay health worker (LHW)–led self-management interventions for adults with long-term conditions to see how the interventions have been implemented and to compose a synthesis of research findings, taking into consideration the intervention components that have been applied. We conducted systematic searches for articles published between January 2010 and December 2015 in five databases: Cochrane, MEDLINE, CINAHL, PsycINFO, and Web of Science.
