TPS3637 Background: GA201 is a novel, dual-acting, humanized, glycoengineered IgG1 anti-EGFR monoclonal antibody, with enhanced antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity (ADCC) activity in combination with signal inhibition. GA201 demonstrates significantly enhanced in vitro/vivo activity compared to cetuximab (cet) both as a single agent and in combination with irinotecan, in both KRAS mutant and BRAF mutant models and promising clinical activity in ph I and neo-adjuvant trials (Paz Ares et al, JCO 2011) including KRAS mutant mCRC. Šī darba mērķis būs sniegt nelielu ieskatu, kas ir arī kā interpretācija, problemātikā, kas saistīta ar Sokrata tēlu Hāmaņa darbā “Sokratische Denkwürdigkeiten” jeb “Sokratiskās cēldomas”. Lai sasniegtu izvirzīto mērķi, vispirms tiks indentificētas problēmas, kas rodas darbā ar Hāmaņa tekstiem. Sekojoši, tiks ieskicēti daži metodoloģiski apsvērumi, kuri varētu būt noderīgi strādājot ar šādu materiālu. Balstoties uz iegūtajiem secinājumiem, mēģināšu identificēt tēmu lokus, kas varētu būt saistāmi ar Sokrata tēlu. Visbeidzot, pievērsīšos Hāmaņa teksta analīzei, lai iezīmētos tēmu lokus ievietotu kontekstā, kur tie iegūst nozīmi.

Following the Fukushima accident, a series of samplings were carried out with a daily frequency to detect the arrival of radioactive contamination in air at Palermo (Italy) and to follow its evolution during the time. Air particulate collection was performed by suction of atmospheric air through cellulose filter paper by means of a high-volume air sampler (∼15 000 m(3) d(-1)). Spectrometric analysis of the filters highlights the presence of (131)I, (134)Cs, (137)Cs and, only for a few samples, traces of (132)Te-(132)I and (136)Cs. Why is there truth? Foucault in the age of post-truth politics

Contemporary debates about post‐truth politics have raised the question of the complicity of Michel Foucault’s thought in the apparent decline of the authority of truth in Western democracies. In this article we probe this question in the analysis of Foucault’s theory of true discourses developed in his 1980‐1981 lecture course ‘Subjectivity and Truth’. In this course Foucault argues for non‐necessary and supplementary character of truths in relation to the reality of which they speak. This argument leads him to abandon the familiar approaches to truth as reflecting, concealing or rationalizing reality and look for the effects of truth in the processes of subjectivation.
