Ei tullut kumousta. Ei vaikka vasemmistoradikaali opiskelijaliike kapinoi, metelöi ja teki vallankumoustyötä vuosikausia innokkaasti, uhrautuvasti, teorianmukaisesti ja kurinalaisesti. Opiskelijaradikalismin aikakaudella 1960- ja 1970-luvulla tapahtui paljon. Jyväskylässä opiskelijat taistelivat ja kirjoittivat. 1960-luvun opiskelijaliikehdintä on herättänyt voimakkaita tunteita puolesta ja vastaan. Erikoislaatuisuuttaan korostanutta liikettä on tutkittu pääasiassa murroksena, vaikka tapahtumat olivat myös osa opiskelijoiden parissa jo pidemmän aikaa vaikuttanutta radikalismin jatkumoa. Tässä tutkielmassa tarkastellaankin juuri tätä radikalismin alkuvaihetta, niinsanottua kulttuuriradikalismia ja sen ilmenemismuotoja. Sekä tutkimuksissa että aikalaisten muistelmissa 60-luvun ilmiöiden keskeiseksi selittäjäksi on nostettu sukupolvien välinen ero. Der Untersuchungsgegenstand dieser Dissertation sind präpositionale Wortgruppen (PWG) (locuciones prepositivas) in kastilischen Texten aus dem Mittelalter. Ziel dieser Arbeit ist eine kontrastive Analyse von PWG an Hand von zwei Diskurstraditionen, einer juristischen und einer historischen, während des 13., 14. und 15.Jahrhunderts. Das Hauptkorpus beinhaltet zu jedem Jahrhundert einen juristischen und einen chronistischen Text. Um der Gefahr der einseitigen Konzentration auf juristische und chronistische Texte zu entgehen, werden für jedes Jahrhundert ein zusätzlicher Text aus der Gattung der Literatur ausgewertet (Calila e Dimna, El Conde Lucanor und La Celestina). Abstract Alkali metal alkoxides are widely used in chemistry due to their Brønsted basic and nucleophilic properties. Potassium alkoxides assist alkyllithium in the metalation of hydrocarbons in Lochmann‐Schlosser‐bases. Both compounds form mixed aggregates, which enhance the thermal stability, solubility, and the basic reactivity of these mixtures. A very unusual spherical mixed alkoxy aggregate was discovered by Grützmacher et al., where a central dihydrogen phosphide anion is surrounded by a highly dynamic shell of thirteen sodium atoms and a hull of twelve tert‐butoxide groups. Dokumentet er en del av en eksamensoppgave i MEF4200 Energimaterialer ved UiO høsten 2004. Som del av eksamen i emnet MEF4200 Energimaterialer ved Universitetet i Oslo (UiO) høsten 2004 var oppgaven å skrive en populærvitenskapelig artikkel for avgangselever i videregående skole. Artikkelen presenteres her og omhandler lavtemperatur brenselceller. De brenselcelletypene som beskrives er alkaliske brenselceller, PEM-brenselceller og metanolbrenselceller, alle med en driftstemperatur på normalt under 100 °C, og deres bruksområder.

Spectrophotometric determination of ethiofencarb in waters by reaction with p-aminophenol

An automatized procedure has been developed for the spectrophotometric determination of ethiofencarb in water by reaction with p-aminophenol after alkaline hydrolysis to obtain the corresponding phenol sulphone. The hydrolyzed samples are continuously introduced into different manifolds at the same time as 300 mg/l p-aminophenol, 0.004 mol/l KIO4 and 0.04 mol/l NaOH solutions. The absorbance is measured at 638 nm after a reaction time of 6 min in stop flow. New evidence is given that two classes (A and B) of the transient IR-absorption bands: (A) with max. at 0.15-0.36 eV (in NaCl : I, NaBr, NaI, KCl : I, KBr : I, RbCl : I, RbBr : I), due to on-centre self-trapped exciton and (B) with max. at 0.27-0.36 eV (in NaCI, KCl, KBr, RbCl), due to shallow trapped electrons or bound polarons, are caused by the same defect-shallow trapped electron (e-) at the substitutional (cation: c-site) alkali impurity cation (M + ): [M - ] 0 c e - . The A- and B-class IR bands have the same location, similar shape, half-width (exactly coincide for KCl : I and KCl at 80 or 10 K with the same vibration structure). Isoquercitrin, a dietary phytoestrogen, is a potential stimulator of bone mineralization used for prophylaxis of osteoporotic disorders. Here we studied the combined effects of isoquercitrin, a cell membrane permeable 3-O-glucoside of quercetin, and polyphosphate [polyP], a naturally occurring inorganic polymer inducing bone formation, on mineralization of human osteoblast-like SaOS-2 cells. Both compounds isoquercitrin and polyP induce at non-toxic concentrations the mineralization process of SaOS-2 cells.
