AbstractThe current article describes an exploratory study that focussed on joint attention behaviour—the basis of interaction predicting productive collaboration—to better understand collaborative problem solving, particularly its social aspects during remote dyadic interaction. The focus of this report (prepared in the framework of the ETF Observatory function project) is unemployment. However, considering that unemployment information in itself should not be used or analysed in isolation from other indicators or data, the report begins by providing an overview of the general labour market situation in Jordan. After the main data on employment by sector, age, gender and level of education are presentented, on the basis of the available information, the specific cases of non-Jordanian employees and employment in the informal economy are highlighted as topics requiring special attention in the Jordanian labour market.

Local test of random labelling for functional marked point processes

We introduce the local t-weighted marked nth-order inhomogeneous K-function, in a Functional Marked Point Processes framework. We employ the proposed summary statistics to run a local test of random labelling, useful to identify points, and consequently regions, where this assumption does not hold, i.e. the functional marks are spatially dependent.
Kultivēšanas barotņu un Tween surfaktanta ietekme uz Trichoderma asperellum biomasas kvalitāti un tās uzglabāšanas ilgumu

Pētījuma mērķis bija novērtēt dažādu pēc sastāva kultivēšanas barotņu un Tween surfaktanta ietekmi uz Trichoderma asperellum biomasas kvalitāti un tās uzglabāšanas ilgumu. Pētījumā tika novērtēta dažādu koncentrāciju Tween 20, 40 un 80 ietekme uz T. asperellum morfoloģiskās struktūras un sausās biomasas izmaiņām, kā arī kultivēšanas šķidruma antifungālā iedarbība pret fitopatogēnu Cladosporium herbarum. Optimālākais Tween surfaktanta veids un koncentrācija, kas eksperimentāli tika noteikts kā Tween 80 ar 0,2% koncentrāciju, tika pievienots T. asperellum dziļumkultivācijas procesam 15 litru bioreaktorā, fermentācijas procesos izmantojot 4 dažādas barotnes – iesala ekstrakta, saharozes – raug…
