Analysis of Factors Influencing the Dynamics of Labor Emigration: Case-Study of Ukraine

This article analyzes the results of foreign and domestic scientists in the field of labor migration and the factors of this phenomenon. Based on previous researches, factors have been grouped into four main categories, which include all areas of life of existing and potential migrants, such as economic and political, social and climatic. Labor migration is constantly growing. Thus, according to the UN estimates, the number of migrant workers in the world in 2019 amounted to 272 million people, ie 3.5 % of the population, compared to 2010, the figure increased by 56.25 %. Interpreting the decomposition of gender earnings gap

In this paper we discuss a decomposition of the gender monthly earnings differential into three components: the first is due to differences in individual characteristics, the second is due to discrimination and the last to the differential in hours worked. The Oaxaca-Blinder hourly wage decomposition is perfectly integrated into the decomposition of the monthly earnings gap. In order to evaluate the effects of this components on the monthly earnings gap, we calculate counterfactual earnings gaps, estimating what would happen if various aspects relating to the two genders were equal (for example, educational level), and then we compare these with the empirical earnings gap. La presencia de agentes biológicos en el medio laboral supone una exposición del trabajador a posibles infecciones, especialmente cuando no se cumplen las medidas de protección o se producen accidentes. El presente trabajo es un estudio retrospectivo descriptivo para determinar las características epidemiológicas de los accidentes de tipo biológico en el personal sanitario y no sanitario del Hospital Dr. Peset de Valencia desde enero de 2008 hasta diciembre de 2013.
