Sosiaalityöntekijöiden työyhteisölliset voimavarat subjektiivisen työhyvinvoinnin selittäjänä kunnallisessa sosiaalihuollossa

Artikkelissa tarkastellaan sosiaalityöntekijöiden subjektiivista työhyvinvointia sekä työyhteisöllisten voimavarojen roolia hyvinvoinnin selittämisessä. Työhyvinvointia lähestytään myönteisestä näkökulmasta työn vaatimusten ja voimavarojen viitekehyksessä. Tutkimus pohjautuu vuosina 2011–2012 kerättyyn kyselyaineistoon, johon on vastannut 817 sosiaalityöntekijän tehtävissä kunnallisessa sosiaalihuollossa työskentelevää henkilöä. Vastaajista noin 41 prosentilla oli myönteisiä subjektiivisen työhyvinvoinnin kokemuksia vähintään muutaman kerran viikossa, ja päivittäin tällaisia kokemuksia oli liki 20 prosentilla vastaajista. Työttömyys ja työn epävarmuus koetun terveyden riskitekijöinä: kokemuksia vertaileva tutkimus

Tutkimuksen tavoitteena oli analysoida sitä, onko työttömyys vai työn koettu epävarmuus haitallisempaa terveydelle. Tutkimus perustuu Tilastokeskuksen vuonna 1994 tekemään Elinolotutkimukseen ajautuen työikäisiin, 25-55-vuotiaisiin palkansaajiin ja työttömiin (N = 3 5 70). Vertailua varten sekä työttömät että palkansaajat jaettiin kolmeen ryhmään; työttömillä kriteerinä oli työttömyyden kesto, palkansaajilla työssä koettujen epävarmuustekijöiden määrä. Forest fires are a major concern in the Mediterranean regions and decision-makers devote large financial resources of the overall public forestry expenditure to their management. The research aims to provide an empirical contribution to the knowledge about the economic benefits deriving from fire protection of forest ecosystems. A case study is presented where we measured the TEV of reducing fire hazards to a cork-oak forest localised in a Sicilian protected area, using a dichotomous choice question in a Contingent Valuation Study.
