“Terve uni on kasvatuksella hankittavissa”. Nukkumisen ohjeistaminen 1800-1900-luvun vaihteen suomalaisissa terveysohjeissa

Artikkelissa tarkastellaan sitä, miten nukkumista ohjeistettiin 1800-luvun lopun ja 1900-luvun alkukymmenten suomalaisessa terveysvalistuksessa ja mitä hyvän unen avulla tavoiteltiin. Artikkelissa kysytään myös, ketkä nukkumisohjeita laativat, kenelle ne oli suunnattu ja millaisesta ajattelutavasta ne kumpusivat. Unihygienia eli nukkumiseen ja liittyvät ohjeistukset olivat osa kansainvälistä hygienialiikettä, joka oli vahvimmillaan juuri 1800-luvun loppupuolella. The role of supportive environments on health, wellbeing, and longevity has been widely recognized. However, there is no strong empirical evidence on the association between health literacy (HL) as a particular health-related competence and neighbourhoods. The study evaluates the spatial structure of the landscape in the Upper Oder valley along a section of about 100 km. It is a part of the valley with the strongest anthropopressure. According to the theory of ecosystem services, one of the functions of the Oder valley landscape is protection of its biodiversity. It is fulfilled by protecting valuable relicts of pristine ecosystems of the valley and by ensuring the function of an ecological corridor. The most important in it are riparian forests and oak-hornbeam forests, meadows, swamps, peatbogs and old river beds. Demokracja medialna w III RP jest nowoczesną formą demokracji, w której mass media wpływają w znaczącym stopniu na decyzje podejmowane przez obywateli. Ponadto obywatele realizują swoje prawa (jak np. wolność słowa, czy wolny dostęp do informacji) i mają możliwość angażowania się w życie polityczne kraju. W artykule przedstawiono pokrótce podejście Polaków do demokracji. Następnie opisano pojęcie demokracji medialnej i mediatyzację polityki. Końcowa część artykułu została poświęcona przybliżeniu wpływu sondaży oraz opinii publicznej na decyzje wyborcze obywateli.
