The aim of this study is to shed light on the varieties of workers´ agencies in working life change situations, which is an under-researched topic in the literature of workplace learning and in working life studies. The research questions are what kinds of agencies there are to be found when workers encounter changes and how the different kinds of agencies are connected together. En este trabajo se han elaborado nuevos materiales de innovación educativa (http://www.uv.es/innovamide). El objetivo del proyecto es el establecimiento de un espacio colaborativo, en el que los profesores puedan implementar materiales, esquemas y otros elementos de apoyo visual al proceso de aprendizaje que hayan sido previamente evaluados y verificados. Para ello, se ha elaborado un cuestionario de evaluación de los materiales, al que se ha aplicado un análisis de jueces para asegurar la validez de contenido y de constructo. Self-reported altruism as predictor for active-empathic listening skills

While there are many consistent results regarding the altruism – empathy relationship, starting with the empathy-altruism hypothesis (Batson, 2008) and its confirmations or criticism, there is one specific aspect of empathy that has not often been associated with generosity: active listening. Our research hypothesizes that sharing one’s attention in an empathic way (active-empathic listening) might be a skill linked to a person’s generosity. Resumen:El conocimiento de la relación entre el clima y el paisaje convive con las dificultades propias del ámbito escolar. Para saber qué ocurre en su enseñanza, se analiza por medio del instrumento Evocation 2005 y los registros pictóricos, las representaciones sociales que tiene una parte del alumnado de 1º ESO.
