This paper reports the results of an experimental wine auction. Participants of the experiment were randomly assigned to three rooms. In each room four wines had to be evaluated, but the level of information to which participants had access differed across rooms. After the evaluations, the wines were sold sequentially, by four separate Vickrey auctions with secret reservation prices. We fi nd that certain socio-economic characteristics such as gender, income and consumption habits, have a signifi cant impact on the willingness to pay for wine, while others such as age and nationality, do not. X-ALD and P-NALD are two rare, peroxisomal metabolic and neurodegenerative diseases. ABCD1 and ACOX1 are known to be responsible for X-ALD and P-NALD, respectively. The actively demyelinating lesions in CNS, exhibited signs of oxidative stress and cell death. The accumulation of VLCFA in plasma and tissue is the biochemical common hallmark to both diseases. First, we characterized a murine oligodendrocytes cell line 158N to use it as a model. This 158N cell line which has characteristics of mature oligodendrocytes (expression of myelin proteins MOG, MBP, PLP), has also functional peroxisomes with Abcd1 and Acox1 proteins. In reflecting upon the role of environmental capital as represented by old towns in smart cities, the author reveals the consequences of re-plastering the facade of ancient buildings while emphasizing the resulting risk of globalization of historic districts. Autorka w swoim artykule przedstawia pole semantyczne barw w najważniejszym dziele czeskiego romantyzmu Máj, napisanym przez Karla Hynka Máchę. Klasyfikuje ona nazwy kolorów według części mowy: rzeczowniki, przymiotniki, przysłówki i czasowniki z uwzględnieniem pasm tęczy (wyrazy nazywające kolory wprost i pośrednio). Ponadto podaje listę leksemów, które wyrażają intensywność nasycenia światła i efekt mroku. Autorka dochodzi do wniosku, że ważne miejsce w opisie przyrody zajmuje gra świateł, a także wydobycie przejściowych kontrastów światła przez Karla Hynka Máchę.
