The four outcomes studied are perceived effectiveness of leader and work unit, follower satisfaction with leader, follower’s motivation to put in extra effort, and follower’s intention to quit the organization. Shed vesicles are involved in the release of some leaderless proteins.
2006
Most proteins destined for secretion in the extracellular matrix are characterized by the presence of N-terminal signal peptides which direct their translocation into the endoplasmic reticulum, they are subsequently transferred to the Golgi apparatus and then secreted in the extracellular space. A growing number of secreted proteins, are being identified which, however, lack signal peptides allowing their entrance into the endoplasmic reticulum. They include the inflammatory cytokine interleukin 1b, galactins, macrophage migration inhibitory factor (MIF), acid and basic fibroblast growth factors (FGF-1, FGF-2) and Sphingosine kinase1(SphK-1). These proteins are secreted from the cell by unc…

Dirigenti scolastici & leadership distribuita. Un’indagine nel territorio siciliano
2022
2022
Bakalaura darba mērķis bija noskaidrot, ar kuru no līderības stiliem korelē narcisms un tā dimensijas. Pētījumā piedalījās 51 organizāciju vadītājs Latvijā, no kuriem 19 bija vīrieši un 32 sievietes. Respondentu vecuma diapazons – no 21 līdz 70 gadiem (M = 41,67, SD = 13,55).

Leadership and Ethical Decision Making among Mauritian Managers
2017
It is proposed that transformational leadership is likely to be associated with higher ethical decision making, while transactional leadership should be related to lower ethical decision making. However, little empirical research provides support for these claims. Using a structured interview schedule, data from 247 managers was collected from three established higher education institutions in Mauritius. Findings indicate that surprisingly, transformational leadership had a negative impact on ethical judgment and intention of subordinates in relation to ethical issues including bribery, nepotism, padding up of expenses’ account and political favouritism, suggesting the possibility of pseudo…
