Tutkimuksessa tarkastellaan, kuinka pienten lasten osallisuus toteutuu vuorohoidon iltojen vuorovaikutustilanteissa ja millaisia haasteita tähän liittyy. Aineisto kerättiin havainnoimalla 20–36 kk ikäisten lasten iltoja kahdessa erilaisessa vuoropäiväkodissa. Temaattisen analyysin perustana toimivat Lundyn (2007) kuvaamat, Yhdistyneiden Kansakuntien (YK) lapsen oikeuksien sopimuksen artiklaan 12 pohjautuvat lasten osallisuuden edellytykset. Przedmiotem glosy jest wyrok Naczelnego Sądu Administracyjnego z 8.01.2020 r., I OSK 2392/19, w którym przyjęto tezę, że art. 17 ust. 5 pkt 1 lit. a ustawy o świadczeniach rodzinnych prawidłowo zinterpretowany powinien być w ten sposób rozumiany, iż pozbawia prawa do świadczenia pielęgnacyjnego tylko do wysokości otrzymywanej emerytury. Cathepsin K serum levels were determinated in patients with bone metastases from breast cancer or prostate cancer in therapy with zoledronic acid or in patients or in patients with located breast or prostate cancer end in patients with non malignant diseases and in healthy blood. donors (control group). Cathepsin K serum levels were significantly more eleved in healthy subjects or in patients with peimary osteoporosis. Furthermore, the administration of Zoledronic acid to patients with metastatic bome disease from breast or prostate cancer, induced a marked increase of Cathepsin K serum levels.
