The Mediterranean coast of Spain is marked by several clusters of Palaeolithic sites: to the south of the Pyrenees, in the area around the Ebro River, in the central part, and on the south coast, one of the southernmost regions in Europe. The number of sites is small compared with northern Iberia, but like that region, the Palaeolithic occupations are accompanied by several rock art ensembles. Summary Currently, in vitro-produced embryos derived by ovum pick up (OPU) and in vitro fertilization (IVF) technologies represent approximately one-third of the embryos worldwide in cattle. Nevertheless, the culture of small groups of embryos from an individual egg donor is an issue that OPU-IVF laboratories have to face. In this work, we tested whether the development and quality of the preimplantation embryos in vitro cultured in low numbers (five embryos) could be improved by the addition of epidermal growth factor, insulin, transferrin and selenium (EGF-ITS) or by the WOW system. Zapalenia naczyń związane z przeciwciałami przeciwko cytoplazmie neutrofilów (antineutrophil cytoplasmic antibodies-associated vasculitis – AAV) to grupa chorób zajmujących małe naczynia i charakteryzujących się ich martwiczym zapaleniem oraz obecnością przeciwciał przeciwko cytoplazmie neutrofilów (antineutrophil cytoplasmic antibodies – ANCA) przy braku lub obecności jedynie skąpej ilości immunoglobulin w ścianie naczyń. Przeciwciała przeciwko cytoplazmie neutrofilów to przeciwciała klasy G skierowane przeciwko składnikom ziarnistości granulocytów obojętnochłonnych. La Casa C dell'Insula IV di Tindari

In forma sintetica, si espongono i primi risultati delle ricerche sulla Casa C di Tindari rivelando come l''abitazione pur sostanzialmente rimaneggiata in età tardo antica riveli nella sostanza il suo impianto originario di età ellenistica. Esso, in luogo della consueta attribuzione alla cultura abitativa romana, viene rapportato ad altri esempi greco-ellenistici, primi fra tutti quelli di Delo. Sono anche tratteggiati i principi compositivi di base sottesi alla progettazione dell''abitazione nella sua interezza e delle parti più rilevanti di essa, fra cui il peristilio.

In questo lavoro, derivato da parte della tesi di Dottorato, la Casa C viene inserita nel contesto più generale dell''isolato IV, di cui fa parte, del quale viene tracciata la storia delle trasformazioni dalla fondazione dionigiana in poi, evidenziando i problemi interpretativi delle precedenti sintesi sulle trasformazioni urbanistiche della città. Dell''abitazione viene fornita una minuziosa descrizione corredata da un nuova planimetria e tre sezioni redatte in scala 1:50.
